Warmth in the Cold Mansion
Over time, Sarang's presence became a source of comfort for everyone in the mansion. She didn't ask questions about their dangerous world and instead focused on small acts of kindness. She baked cookies for the staff, patched up cuts and bruises from their fights, and always smiled, no matter how tense the atmosphere became.
Jin (laughing): "Sarang-ah, are you trying to turn this place into a daycare?"
Sarang (pouting): "Oppa, you don't like cookies?"
Jin (teasing): "Oh, I like them. I just didn't think mafias needed homemade snacks."
Even the most stoic members, like Yoongi and Hoseok, began to find themselves softening.

Jungkook's Hidden Concern
Jungkook, however, remained a mystery. While his brothers grew more attached to Sarang, he kept his distance, convincing himself that she was just another person in their world-temporary, like everyone else.
But his actions told a different story. When he noticed Sarang coughing one evening, he secretly ordered the mansion staff to prepare her favorite meals.
Jungkook (to the head chef): "Make sure it's light and warm. She doesn't need anything too heavy right now."
He stayed up late, pacing outside her door, but never once stepped inside.

The Day She Fought Back
One day, during an unexpected attack on the mansion, a group of rivals infiltrated the grounds. Sarang had been in the garden, feeding the birds, when she heard the commotion.
Jin and Jimin were caught off guard, cornered by armed men near the main hall. Without thinking, Sarang grabbed a heavy vase and smashed it against one of the attackers.
Sarang (yelling): "Leave them alone!"
Her actions gave Jin and Jimin the opening they needed to fight back. Once the attackers were subdued, Jin turned to her, his voice filled with both relief and exasperation.
Jin: "Sarang, what were you thinking? You could've been hurt!"
Sarang (calmly): "I couldn't stand by and do nothing, oppa."
Jungkook arrived moments later, his expression dark with worry.
Jungkook (angrily): "Are you insane? You could've died!"
Sarang (defiantly): "And let them hurt Jin-oppa and Jimin-oppa? Never."
Her fearlessness left everyone stunned, including Jungkook.
