We got to uncle Jack's house he had a few people over I see Uncle Sam and Uncle Skate

"Hey Jess" says Uncle Sam

I walk into the kitchen to go say to Uncle Skate
"Hey Uncle Skate where's Eric!" I ask
Eric was Uncle Skates nephew and he is also my best friend yea I have a guy as a best friend
"Hey kiddo you are so big now and he's upstairs" he says hugging me tight
There was some guy sitting next to him he kept looking at like if be knew me
"Hi what's your name" he says
"Um I'm Jessica" I says
"What's your last name?" He asks
"Glazer"
"Are you like Emily's niece or something" he asks
How does he know my mom
"Err I'm her daughter" I say
"Emily has a daughter" he says in shock and looks a Skate and he nods
"Who are you?" I ask him
"I'm Jack Gilinsky I was a friend of your moms as kids " he says
"So Jessica how old are you?"
"I'm 14 and you can call me Jess"
"Hey Jess what are you doing" says my mom who comes up behind me
"I'm talking to one of your old friends" I say
"Emily?" He says
Her eye widen " Hey Jack" she says shocked
"How have you been I didn't know you had a daughter" he says
"I've been good and yeah I do how's life in LA" she asks
"It's been good" he says
"Well I'm gonna go upstairs" I say awkwardly
How come I've never heard of Jack Gilinsky it's so weird my mom has told about all her friends why not him did they have a thing or something I don't know but it's really weird to me because my mom tells me everything
I walk up stairs and into a room where j see Eric playing x box
"Hey Jess come one lets play call of duty" he says
"Alright" I grab the controller
"Hey do know who Jack Gilinsky is?" I ask
"Yea he's my uncle's friend he's cool though how do you not know who he is?"
"My mom never told me about me him it's weird because she's told me all her friends in the past"
"Because they dated."
"How do you know this?"
"Because my uncle told me" he says
"Oh but it's still weird to me" I say
"Whatever lets just back to the game so I can beat you" he says
