The Helghast Cruisers are hovering around the Atlas PMC HQ as they are loading off multiple Vehicles and Soldiers as they are about to strike the base. Willow is in a Command Center they set up in the ground as she speaks with Radec.
Radec: Are all the preparations finished?
Willow: Yes, as of right now all our forces will converge on the Base soon. Intel shows that the Base is heavily fortified and we'll use the Artillery to take them out.
Radec: Did you secure the perimeter? We wouldn't want Jacques to escape our grasp.
Willow: Penny is in my Command Cruiser overseeing the entire area. She has Cruisers all around the area and will know if any Atlas ships enter the vicinity.
Radec: Good, with the added reinforcements I gave you. With the destruction and the defeat of the Atlas PMCs, the Council has nothing left.
Willow: What is our plan of attack for Atlas?
Radec: I won't waste my men to fight those greedy pigs, I want that to know that we don't need soldiers to take over Atlas. No, I have something better.
As Radec shows Willow a hologram of a smaller version of their Orbital Bombardment Weapon.

Radec: I had Stahl create these miniature Orbital Bombardment Devices to act as a Support device for our Troopers in the ground. It has the capabilities of destroying an entire Village or a structure in a City.
Willow: I take it we'll have these things rain down on Atlas as the Council watches as their foolishness finally hits them.
Radec: Exactly, once you finished your mission regroup with my Fleet as we watch Atlas crumble to the ground.
Willow: Understood.
As the Hologram ends and Winter enters the Command Center.
Willow: Is it time?
Winter nods as Willow sighs, she's not ready for this conversation. As both of them head to one of the bunkers.
Willow: Is Whitley joining us?
Winter: Yes, he is and so is Bleiss.
Willow was curious on why Bleiss would join them.
Winter: She said she wanted to watch Weiss cry like a Baby. She won't speak to her at all.
Willow nods as they reached the Bunker and see Bleiss leaning on the wall waiting for them. She gives them a wave and gestures them to come in, as they all went inside and see Whitley readying up the call.
Whitley: You all ready?
They all nod as Whitley sets up the screen.

Whitley says sarcastically as the screen lights up as they see Weiss in her Dorm room in Beacon. Winter was the first person to speak up.
