Safe to say she was furious, she ordered all White Fang branches to return to Menagerie. Those that refused, well. She gave us orders to eliminate them, if they surrender they would be brought back to Menagerie and answer for their crimes.
Robyn: Has the other 4 Kingdoms know about your dealings in the Dragon Continent and Menagerie?
Radec: As of now No, we are doing all of this under the radar. In fact we have been dealing a blow on Atlas by raiding multiple outposts around Solitas.
May: So that was you guys?
Cobar: Yes, to he honest they say they're the greatest Military ever and yet we were able to beat them in a matter of hours.
Robyn: I see. With all of this I say you guys can be trustworthy. So what can you offer for Mantle?

Radec: This is one of the few Cities that we have started construction on. I want you to oversee operations and to bring your people here.
Robyn: Wait, so you're telling me you have more cities like this?
Radec: Yes, we are beginning construction once the next set of ships arrive from the portals. As of now we have 6 cities like this, all of them have begun construction.
May: Ships?
Fiona: Wait you guys aint from here?
Radec: Yes, both me and Cobar and the soldiers you see outside came from a planet known as Helghan. Due to the war with the ISA and UCN are planet is somewhat uninhabitable and we decide to relocate and find a suitable planet to live on. I chose Remnant because I once belonged here.
Robyn: What do you mean by that?
Radec: If I tell you would call me crazy.
Robyn: I see, so this proposal. My people will get safe passage to this city?
Radec: Yes, you will be the elected leader of that specific city, we heard from our men that you aim to run a seat in the Council of Atlas to help the Citizens of Mantle. With this opportunity you will be able to help them tremendously and Atlas will lose alot of it's economy and people. We have spies in Atlas and have already relocated Citizens of Atlas that were sabotaged by those on the upper classes. They have been very useful to us. They are willing to help make these cities a better place.
Robyn: And what of Security, I'm sure Atlas will no doubt attack us.
Radec and Cobar just looked at each other before Radec just shows them the Fleet on Remnant Space. The Happy Huntresses were shocked when they saw numerous ships patrolling the planet.
Cobar: Satisfied?
Robyn: I......That's enough ships to take down the entirety of the Atlas army.
Cobar: And we have more coming.

Radec: Yes. So anyway Ms. Hill, do we have a deal?
Robyn looks to the Happy Huntresses as they discuss the proposal given to them by Radec.
Robyn: We accept.
Radec: Good, I will leave you with one of my officers, he is stationed in this location in Mantle. Meet up with him and he will assist you with evacuating the people of Mantle.
Cobar: If you're wondering if Atlas will detected any of our ships. Don't worry our transport ships are armed with a cloaking device, they won't detect us.
May: That's a relief, at least Atlas won't be a problem for us.
Robyn: Then it's settled, I'll speak to the other officials here in Mantle. With this new city, it would greatly help the people of Mantle. We'll be able to get people out of the city by the end of the week.
Radec: Excellent, my ships will be on standby and waiting for your people.
Robyn: Thank you, if you guys didnt show up, who knows what would've happened to Mantle.
Radec: It's all for the best of both Remnant and Helghan Miss Hill. My officers will be waiting for you.
As both Radec and Cobar left the meeting room and head towards their Dropships.
Cobar: That went well.
Radec: Indeed, with this Atlas will take a hard hit. Once Mantle has been cleared out if Atlas ever tries to attack us. We won't hesitate to destroy the entire Kingdom.
Cobar: The men have already been dealing with alot of Atlas bases, by the end of the month we can draw them out of the kingdoms and take their bases.
Radec: Good, have battalions ready when that happens.
Cobar: Understood
As Radec and Cobar enter the Dropship they are met with a Helghast Commander.
Helghast Commander: Colonel Radec sir.
Radec: Now then Commander what is this am I hearing about a Bandit Tribe in Shion?
