One of the Village Leaders approached the Officer.
Villager Head: Excuse me but are you soldiers from Atlas?
Helghast Officer: No, we are not. We are the Helghast Army.
Villager: Helghast army? What is that?
Helghast Officer: My commanding officer will speak to you regarding this matter.
As they looked they see a Dropship land and Radec and Cobar steps out.
Radec: Greetings, I am Colonel Radec of the Helghast Army and this man beside me is my second in command Colonel Cobar
Cobar nods at the introduction.
Villager Head: Thank you sir, for saving our village. If it wasn't for you we would all be dead.
Radec: I appreciate the gesture, but from what I'm looking at your Village seems to be all but destroyed.
Villager Head: Yes, it would take time for us to relocate. There are many Villages in the area so there's a good chance we can find a home.
Radec: How about I offer you a deal, what if we offer the Villages here protection from the Grimm, Bandits, and White Fang. In return you allow us to establish our own kingdom and a base of operations in this land. Don't worry we will offer you a place in our new kingdom.
Villager Head: I see, well majority of the Villages here don't get support from the Kingdom. So we could use the help we can get. I'll help you speak with the other Villagers, they'll accept your deal. For sure.
Radec: Excellent.
After a few weeks, Radec and his armies were able to establish a base of operations and built a kingdom in the Dragon Continent. Radec sent Cobar to eliminate all resistance in the continent. With their manpower. They were able to eliminate all Grimm in that area. After that they set up different outposts in that area. The villagers that ended up joining the Helghast were given shelter and helped establish a Kingdom, some joined their ranks. They named the new Kingdom, New Helghan.

Radec is in his office as he establish a new Radec Academy in Remnant where trains those that joined in the Helghast ranks. Majority of them came from the Villages they saved.
Cobar: Radec.
Radec. Cobar, how goes the situation around the Continent.
Cobar: The city is 85% complete in due time New Helghan will be complete. As for the new recruits we are gathering a following of Remnant natives that wanted to join to make a change in this world. To be honest Radec I understand where they are coming from.
Radec: Explain.
Cobar: The kingdom thinks they are all high and mighty thinking they are untouchable. It makes those that are in the bottom of society useless and left to die. It sickens me, it reminds me of the UCN and the ISA. I now understand why you wanted to go back to your homeworld, to clean off the stench of these insects.
Cobar sighs
Cobar: I will be at your service during this operation in Remnant. We will clean the filth that tarnished everything this planet has.
Radec: Excellent Cobar. Now then let's get to business.

Radec: No doubt our actions are going to be known sooner or later. Stahl has informed me he is developing a more advanced form of dust powerful than what Atlas and the SDC have to offer. We already created different alternative fuels for the natives of Remnant to use,once we complete this we can commence our operations at Mantle.
Cobar: And what of Menagerie?
Radec: The preparations are all set. Prep the Cruiser Cobar we leave at once.
