Y/n opened her eyes, the soft light met her eyes, she slowly sat up and noticed Kurapika beside the bed, sleeping in the chair while his head was on the bed.

'Eh...!!! Did he take care of me all night?! Does that mean it was he whom I grabbed?!'

Y/n blushes at the memory of last night. She thought that it was Shiori, so she did what she did last night, but to think it was Kurapika.

"Hmm..." Kurapika opened his eyes while Y/n looked at him. He immediately stood up and placed his hand on Y/n's forehead. Y/n immediately became flustered and tried to calm her beating heart.

"Thank God your fever has gone down." Kurapika said. "Huh? Oh... right.."

*Ding*

Y/n heard the notification, but she didn't look at it.

Y/n held Kurapika's hand, even though she didn't know it was the mission. "Thank you very much! I appreciate it!" Y/n said as she smiled brightly, and Kurapika became a little flustered.

"E-erm... anyone would've done it.." Kurapika said. Y/n let go of his hand and got out of bed. She fixed her dress and grabbed her bag. "Let's go!" She said as she grabbed Kurapika's hand and his bag on the way out.

She then opens the door and goes out with him. "Y/n, wait, your hair." He said. "Ah!" Y/n let go of his hand and place it on her face, blushing.

'Gosh! He saw me in my messy state! As if last night wasn't enough!' Y/n thought to herself. "Let me." Kurapika said as he undid her hair and ran his hand through her hair before tying it on a low pony tail.

"Ah, thank you very much!" Y/n said as her blush disappeared, just in time when the others arrived.

"Good morning, Y/n-san, Kurapika-san!" Gon said, and Y/n waved at them. "Good morning!" Y/n greeted them back.

"You're okay now, I see." Killua said, and Y/n nodded. "Yes, I'm okay now!" She responds. "You got the fever right after you defeated that great stamp, don't you?" Killua added, and Y/n chuckled uncomfortably at how he was so observative.

"Oh, look! The speaker just said to meet on the lounge. We are at our destination now." Y/n said, dodging Killua's question.

Beans started explaining the rules after all the applicants had gathered.

"To pass this phase, you must reach the towers base alive. The time limit is 72 hours." He said.

And with that, he wished the applicants good luck, and the third phase began.

"Easy! I can go down right this minute! I'm an expert when it comes to climbing down!" A man step forward and start to climb down.

"Ah," Y/n was about to step up, she doesnt really like it when people die, but Kurapika places a hand over her shoulder and shakes his head. "You can't overexert yourself." He said, and Y/n let out a sigh. The man happily climbed down, but...

His dreams were soon crushed after being dragged away from the wall by some pink flying monsters.

"HEEELLP!!!" Was heard from the distance as the man disappeared. Everyone became quiet, still trying to process what just happened.

"G-Guess we can't climb down the side..." Leorio mumbled, still quite shocked from the scene he just witnessed.

"I know, it's just around here..." Y/n said after she recovered upon seeing the pitiful man get dragged away. She kneal down the hard floor and started to feel the passage.
