Han Jisung's POV
I trughed my way to school, my feet heavy as if weighed down by the thought of another day spent in the dull and monotonous routine of this life. I couldn't help but feel frustrated and annoyed, the sound of my footsteps echoing the emptiness in my heart.
As I arrived at the entrance of the school, I felt a sense of dread wash over me. The bright and colorful hallways seemed to mock me, a stark contrast to the dullness I felt inside. I pushed open the heavy doors and stepped into the crowded hallways, feeling like a stranger in my own school. People were chatting and laughing, while I felt like a shadow, invisible and alone.
Out of nowhere, a group of students emerged from the crowd, surrounding me like wolves on prey. They started to hurl insults and teasing remarks my way, laughing and making fun of me in front of everyone. I tried to ignore them, but the words hit like daggers, piercing through my already fragile heart.
Among the bullies, there was one student who stood out to me. He had black hair that was artfully tousled, and a confident and almost mischievous grin on his face. He was tall and looked to be popular, with a casual ease that was both intriguing and intimidating.
While the bullies were hurling insults at me, this mysterious student's grin widened, his eyes locked with mine. It was as if he found my pain entertaining, enjoying the sight of me being humiliated in front of everyone. I felt a mix of frustration and confusion, unsure why this student's attention was so fixated on me.
Suddenly, the weight of the insults and the pain of the situation became too much for me. I snapped, my voice laced with anger and frustration as I shouted, "Leave me alone!"
The bullies were taken aback by my outburst, not expecting me to fight back. One of them, a tall and muscular student, took a step forward, his voice dripping with sarcasm, "Oh, look who's finally speaking up. Are you going to cry now?"
I felt a wave of disappointment wash over me, the weight of my pain and loneliness almost too much to bear. I looked around at the faces staring at me, feeling utterly embarrassed and defeated. I held back the tears that threatened to fall, standing up with a mix of frustration and despair. Without saying a word, I turned and walked away, leaving the bullies and the crowd behind me.

Lee Minho's POV
I watched as Han Jisung tried to stand up for himself. I'm not used to my victims fighting back, and the sudden change in Han Jisung's demeanor piqued my interest. I couldn't help but wonder what had triggered this sudden outburst, and whether there was more to that boy than I initially thought.
Suddenly Changbin approached me with a playful smile, nudging my shoulder as he did so, "Wow, I've never seen Jisung stand up for himself like that before. What got into him?"
"I'm not sure, but there's something about him that piques my interest." The words slipped silently from between my lips, each one hidden beneath a delicate lace of seriousness.
Changbin's playful smile turned into a wide smirk, "Are you sure you want to bother with him? He seems like a lost cause to me." Something about the words that slipped through his lips made my anger boil up.
My eyes pierced to his direction, if my gaze could kill it probably would. My facial expression hid what my actual inner self thought, fortunately. "I'm not interested in being his savior. I just want to know what makes him tick." I spotted.

Han Jisung's POV
I rushed away from the group of bullies, there's a storm inside me. I felt a mix of anger and embarrassment, and just wanted to find a quiet spot where I could be alone. I wandered aimlessly through the school corridors, my eyes searching for a place to hide. Finally, I spotted an empty classroom and slipped inside, grateful for the solitude it offered. I sat down on a chair, leaning my head against the cool glass of the window, and tried to calm my racing thoughts.
I felt a pang of sadness as I thought about how my day had turned out. I had hoped that today would be different, that I could just go to school and blend in with the crowd. But once again, I was made to feel like an outsider, a target for ridicule and abuse. The weight of it all crashed down on me, and I felt tears prick the corners of my eyes. I quickly wiped them away, not wanting to give in to my sadness.
I sat there for a while, staring out the window, lost in thought. The sounds of the school day happening outside the classroom seemed distant and muffled, and I felt isolated and alone. I wondered if anyone cared about me or noticed my absence. I had no friends to turn to, and I felt like my classmates saw me as nothing more than a joke. I hugged my knees to my chest, feeling small and vulnerable.
I took a deep breath and squared my shoulders, trying to shake off my emotions. I had missed enough class already and didn't want to add being late to my list of problems. I gathered my books and my courage and stepped out of the classroom, making my way to my next class. As I walked, I tried to put on a brave face, but the feelings of loneliness and sadness still lingered, like a shadow following me around.
I entered my next class quietly, hoping to slip in unnoticed. But my hopes were dashed as soon as the teacher called out my name, asking me where I had been. I mumbled an excuse about feeling unwell and hurried to my seat, head bowed and cheeks burning with embarrassment. The other students turned to look at me, some whispering and snickering behind their hands. I sunk lower in my seat, feeling small and humiliated.
I had just settled into my seat in my next class when I saw Lee Minho walk in. I felt a familiar knot of anxiety in my stomach as I watched him saunter to his seat. As the teacher began taking attendance, she called out Minho's name and he replied with his usual arrogant tone. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of discomfort as I realized I would have to endure Minho's taunts and insults throughout this class as well.
As I sat there, trying to focus on my notes, I couldn't shake off the feeling of Minho's eyes fixed on me. The clock on the wall ticked away the seconds, its ominous sound echoing in my ears. Minho leaned back in his seat, a smug grin on his face, clearly relishing in the discomfort he was causing me. The bell rang, signaling the end of the class, and the room suddenly erupted into chaos.
As the classroom emptied, I gathered my things, trying to quickly make my escape. But just as I was about to leave, I heard the familiar voice of Minho behind me. "Leaving so soon, Han Jisung?" Minho drawled, a hint of malice in his tone. He circled around me, like a predator toying with its prey. "I'm not finished with you yet."
