Ok, age regresion is when someone is in the mindset of an age younger than them. There isn't really a 'tutorial' on how to regress because everyones triggers for regressing will be different or similar so no good fellow searching one on Youtube won't work- Trust me, I would know...
Knowing your regression age can help you maximise and energies (supercell bunny thing +1000000 aura) your likely hood for regression. So for me as I regress from 3-4 I would know not to suggest very detailed colouring books as it might make me frustrated but instead maybe easy rhyme books.
Some tips:
Finding or making a comfort space- This ca be literally anywhere you feel comfortable like your bedroom, a freind's house, the bathroom- Ok that works for me.. STOP JUDGING ME GRR I LIKE SITTING ON THE FLOOR AND PLAYING WITH MY STUFFIES OK!? You can also make a comfort space like a in your closet, on top of your bed. I like making a comfortable fort surrounded by pillows and stuffies.
Certain items like, stuffies, dummies/pacifiers, a blanket or a book that gives you that good ol' woosh of nostalgia can trigger you to regress!
Age dreaming can also help you regress! 'But Sugar what's age dreaming?' Age dreaming is when someone is aware of their physical age but engages in child like activites. Basically mind washing your brain to belive your a certain age like by using baby talk (Chapter on what the heck that is coming soon) or playing with stuffies etc.
Watching shows/movies is VERYYYYYYY common in the regression comunity. 'But Su-' SAVE IT IMA JUST TELL YOU. Ahem, watching shows that give you the good ol' dose of nostolgia TM (Defintley wink wink) like Doc mc stuffins, Digemon, Blaze and the monster matchine, Lala loopsies, bubble guppies, number jacks, Topsy and tim. YOU KNOW I JUST UNLOCKED THAT HIDDEN MEMORY.
