Your regression age is the age/age range you think you regress to! So in a simpeler form the age your are most like when regressed. Some littles don't know/ don't want to find out what their little age is however, I like knowing what it is because I like being on track and knowing everything because not knowing a specific things is confusing-sorry for the rant lol
I regress from 3-4!
