(Fun fact: Uzi and Q created their own manga)

Q then walked through a dark corridor under the cabin. He had his hand extended forward, turned into a canon laser that produced light, he walked forward while his tail moved freely like a snake.

In the background, you could hear the sound of water dripping onto the ground. Q wasn't concerned about what was happening around him, he was more thoughtful about a few things...

He returned to the topics he had been thinking about earlier, what was this mode he had entered at the ball? Why hadn't he known about it before, why had he felt anything that was happening? He felt... Anger? Sadness? Several feelings at once that were harder for him to explain.

It was all hard to understand, why did this mode activate for him then? What were the reasons for this mode to start? He couldn't answer that. However, one thing was certain, the feelings were so captivating that they were addictive.

Exactly, about feelings... He raised his hand looking at her. What was this strange feeling? He felt it with Doll, that was for sure, at first he thought it was some kind of similarity link, but it wasn't it, he was very different from Doll, he never had parents, while Doll had lost them, Doll was never seen as a monster and he was, heck, she was even a popular girl in class.

Then him? He was rejected by society, he was ignored for a long time by Khan, he was called names, insulted and more, Uzi got the brunt of it all, Q didn't feel anger or hatred, but he felt how wrong and horrible it was and he had to - NO. he WANTED to do something about it.

Back to the topic though, Uzi was one of the four people who didn't treat him badly, the other three not counting the teacher were Thad who was skeptical about talking to Q, Lizzy who somehow didn't even care about his existence, and there was Doll who treated him like other drones. It was... Weird, but not unacceptable.

Now when it comes to feelings, he became unsure if it was even a resemblance, because he felt the same way about V who was nothing like him. He was emotionless, only cared about Uzi's safety and was abandoned by his creator. Whereas V keeps secrets, doesn't care about anyone behind him and abandons the team like J or N. Well N might be an exaggeration.

That doesn't change the fact that Q felt something, both for Doll and for V. And well... It's hard for him to admit it, but he wanted more of that feeling, it was very addictive. Very much. He wanted to feel someone's closeness, to hold someone's hand, to smile a real smile...

He wanted to have real feelings. He didn't want to be like he was, an empty can of junk with no feelings. He wanted to give a real smile to Uzi, he wanted to hug N with a friendly smile, he wanted to hold hands with Doll or V with that feeling, he wanted to show hatred for Uzi's bullies, he wanted to play something adrenaline-pumping with Thad... But he couldn't.

And he knew very well that he couldn't. After all, that's how he was created and no matter what he did, how much he copied someone, or how much he adapted, it wouldn't change anything, he would continue to be the way he was, no matter how much he wanted to change.
