Izuku was having another panic attack,(he's in wolf form right now, he's always in wolf form unless there are people around.) when suddenly his chains were practically ripping against his scarred hands, causing hours worth of pain, he saw his 23 books flying around the room, hitting walls and the door, He only just realised two rats Were also in the air yelling at him to stop, but he didn't know how to, so he just stared while the pain Eventually after a bunch more rats came in, someone had jabbed him with a needle full of anaesthesia.(it's the sleepy stuff, I had to look it up to make sure.)

By the time he woke up he was in the room the rats called 'the testing room' where, of course they did tests, very soon the room was a mess, everything had gone flying when he was told to activate his quirk, the tests ended and the rats had the info, but he had no control.

14th Telekinesis's

~~~~~~~~six MoNthS later~~~~ (13) (I'm going to start referring to Izuku as nine-nine because he doesn't remember his name and that's his experiment code, number thing, idk.)

Once when nine-nine looked at one of the rat's who was giving him his piece of bread for the month, he saw a glowing trail that led to the key to the chains in her pocket, he thought maybe he could steal it, when the rat got close enough, he reached out his hand and grabbed the key, 'I DID IT!' He did, he stole the key, but he didn't plan ahead, he just sat there with the key, of course when the rat turned around she saw him holding the key she snatched it back and yelled,

Female rat: "HOW DID YOU GET THAT?!"

Nine-nine knew there was no point in trying to escape or lying, so he reached out and grabbed his talking book and a pencil.

Nine-nine's Writing: ' I saw a glowing trail led to it, in your pocket'

The rat paused for a second before smiling.

Female rat: " oh my~ that must be a quirk" she then unlocked the cuffs and walked nine-nine to the testing room, where more tests were done, after that they used the quirk as a way to train him

From then on They would put little coins in their pocket for him to steal then he would give them the coin and they gave him food. it became the only way for him to get food so if he didn't get the coin he didn't the food.

Nine-nine was sitting in wolf form when he heard the door start to click open, in a flash he was back in human form. Once the door opened a rat walked in, and Izuku saw something floating above their head, it had writing on it that said : 'quirk name: air whip. When user blows out air into their hand it forms a invisible whip. 1 metre long'

Nine-nine knew it was another quirk. Then he watched as the rat blew air into their hand and raised it over their head, they were about to hit nine-nine, so he did what anyone else would do and leant as far as he could to the side just as the rat brought it down, and it missed, the rat was confused by how he dodged.

Rat: "HOW DID YOU DODGE IT!?" He turned red from anger.

again nine-nine grabbed out his book and wrote a answer.

Nine-nine's book: 'I knew it was coming"

Rat: "HOW?" The answer did not help he looked even angrier.

nine-nine's book: ' new quirk told me that your quirk does that'

The rat immediately looked happier

Rat: "new quirk huh, alright." The rat dragged him to the testing room and one by one brought people in and asked nine-nine questions, which he answered perfectly if they were about the person's quirk.
