Today Izuku discovered a new quirk, Size changer. He was having another panic attack when he started growing, within ten seconds his back was against the wall hurting his wings and tail , the walls were cracking until some rats raced in and tranquillised him.
Female rat: "uhhh we need a quirk disabler!" She didn't wanna have to deal with that ever again.
Male rat: " or a shock collar to knock him out." He added wishfully
Female rat: "why not both! I'm sure someone can make one." They started walking towards door.
Male rat: "yeah I know a guy who-" The door shut.
when Izuku woke up he felt something cold and tight around his throat , he stood up and fumbled his hands around it but pulled back with a jolt after a few, when he touched it there was a pain all through his neck and back, he did feel a few things before the pain, it was smooth, had one bump and a funny shaped hole in it. 'I wonder what it is ? I'll know later.' He sat back down and closed his eyes
A few hours later the rats came in, with shigaraki.
Shiggy: "wake up~ experiment nine nine" when little Izuku heard shigaraki's voice his eyes snapped open and he sat straight up. staring, listening for what to do or if shigaraki was in a bad mood. Shigaraki held a small box shaped black thing with his pinky out. Izuku stared at it trying to know if it would hurt him or not .
Shiggy: "You wanna know what this does~don't you?" His eyes narrowed on Izuku while his crusty lips spread into a sinister smirk.
Izuku knew he wouldn't like whatever it did, but if he didn't say yes shigaraki would get mad and he knew to never make shigaraki mad, so he swallowed hard and nodded, it was weak, but it was a nod. shigaraki's smile widened as he raised the little box towards izuku.
Shigaraki: "its a bit like a shock collar and a quirk disabler, if I press this button on the remote it'll shock you~ and you can't take off the collar without this special key," he gestured towards a rat holding up a key it was small and intricate.
Shigaraki: "and the collar is gonna be impossible to break off without killing you, if it starts to break it off it'll send a deadly shock through some needles straight into your spine and nerves~"
Shigaraki lifted his pointer finger and pressed the red button, pain shot all through Izuku's neck, he could feel it burning the skin on his neck.
Shigaraki: "I can shock you as long as I'm in the same room, this will be fun" he let out a laugh while Izuku was still writhing in pain on the floor, silently, he knew only more pain would come if he was to loud. Shigaraki watched as izuku started crying, still silent. He watched for a few minutes before leaving with the rats.
When they left Izuku changed into wolf form and slept.

The four rats dedicated to subject nine nine were sitting around a table discussing their plans for the greenette
Female Rat 1: " subject nine nine is still alive with five quirks can you believe it!"
Female Rat 2: " let's see how long he can survive while getting new quirks."
Male rat 1: " well he most likely won't get a new quirk every time we give him a injection."
Female rat 1: "no and we won't know every single time he gets a new one"
Male rat 2: " let's just see"
They decided on seeing how long he would live while getting new quirks.
So to anyone who ever reads this trashy story I'm going to try and publish on Saturdays and Sundays mostly and unless I die *breaks fist knocking on wood* I'll give it a end I promise.
