I looked out into the vast horizon, I hadn't realised how big LA was it seemed to never end. I was surprised at the lack of grass and greenery it looked like something from a movie, just a barren wasteland with a monumental city thrown on top.

I waited for my bags at the conveyer belt, I found my standard black bag adorned with a bright yellow tag. I decided to text mum, i knew she would be anxious to see if i made it there safely.

I somehow managed to wave down a taxi in the mass of hot body's. I jumped in and saw my mothers reply and i suddenly felt very very lonely in this very large city.
