As they prepared to leave, Shanu thought to herself, If Piru really wanted to, she could easily use Aman's father's influence. After all, he's now the owner of Mathur Industries, one of the most powerful businesses in India. No one would dare reject his recommendation. But then she quickly dismissed the thought, What are you thinking, Shanu? You might be overthinking this.

Shanu then turned to Piru and said, "Yes, I think you're right."

Just as they were about to step out, someone knocked on the door. "May I come in, Principal ma'am?"

The principal looked up and, recognizing the visitor, quickly stood up and said, "Yes, yes, Mr. Rawat, please come in."

Shanu thought to herself, *He's here too... What does he want this time?*

Akshit entered the room and addressed the principal, "Is my recommendation enough for Aryan's admission?"

The principal, still standing, responded, "Yes, yes, Mr. Rawat. If you wish, I can complete the admission process today."

Before Piru could respond, Akshit spoke up, but Piru quickly interrupted, "There's no need for your recommendation, Akshit."

However, Shanu cut in, "Why not? Please, Akshit, help me with Aryan's admission."

Piru, surprised, asked, "Shanu, what are you saying?"

Shanu firmly replied, "What's wrong with this? After all, it's about Aryan's future."

Piru didn't say anything further and quietly left the room.

Shanu completed the admission process and turned to Akshit with gratitude. "Thank you so much, Akshit. If you hadn't come today, I would have had to admit Aryan in a regular school."

Akshit smiled and said, "No need to thank me, Shanu. But I'm sorry-I feel like I've caused some tension between you and your best friend."

Shanu shook her head. "Don't worry, I'll handle Piru. I know I was a bit harsh with her, but she won't stay mad at me for long. Now, I need to get going."

Akshit glanced around and said, "But how will you get home? Piru's already left. Let me drop you off."

Shanu hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Thanks, Akshit."

He then drove her back to Piru's home, leaving Shanu to think about how to mend things with Piru.

Shanu entered the house and immediately went to Piru's room, but found it empty. Concerned, she approached Aman's mother and asked, "Aunty, do you know where Piru is?"

Aman's mother, already worried, replied, "I thought she was with you. She left with you but hasn't come back. If she's not with you, then where could she be?"

Panic started to set in, and Aman's mother clasped her hands together, praying, "Oh God, where is my daughter?"

She quickly turned to Shanu and urged, "Call her, Shanu! Please, find out where she is."

Shanu tried calling Piru, but her phone was out of reach. This only heightened Aman's mother's anxiety. She quickly tried to reach Aman's father, who was out for an important meeting, but he didn't pick up the call. Panic began to set in.

"Oh God, what should I do?" Aman's mother murmured, her voice trembling with fear. Desperate, she called Aman's father's personal assistant (PA). When the PA answered, she urgently requested, "Please, give the phone to Mr. Mathur immediately. I need to speak with him."

The PA quickly complied, and soon Aman's father was on the line. Hearing the worry in his wife's voice, he listened as she explained the entire situation.

After a brief pause, he reassured her, "Don't worry. Piru is our daughter-she knows how to handle herself. Nothing will happen to her. I'll call the Police Commissioner of Mumbai right away and have a team arranged to search for her. We'll find her."

In the midst of the tense situation, Shanu decided to call Akshit, hoping he could help find Piru. She didn't know many people in Mumbai and felt she had no other choice.

When Akshit answered, Shanu quickly explained what was happening. Akshit replied calmly, "Don't worry, Shanu. I'll help find Piru. Have you checked her office? She might be there."

Shanu, relieved but still anxious, said, "That's a good idea, but I don't have her office number."

Akshit reassured her, "Don't worry, I have it. I'll check and let you know."

As he hung up, a suspicious smile played on his lips.
