Being with Melody Martin every single day had its perks, and falling madly in love with her would be one of them. Each day, Peter Quill's feelings for the girl would only grow more and more each day, and he couldn't help but act like a complete fool around her. He fell in love with every single bit of her, and he knows that his feelings for her will never go away.

Peter realized that he was glad that his best friend chased after him when he ran out of that hospital in tears that one night, or else he wouldn't of been able to spend his time with the love of his life, for the rest of his life.

And throughout all the years that flew by, Melody hadn't once expected for her best friend's feelings to deepen towards her, let alone falling in love with her. But that came true, along with her new and unexpected feelings that developed for her best friend, let alone falling in love with him, too.
