Taking a seat the children await the instructions of the goblin before them, "so yo are here for inheritance tests, yes?" When the children nodded he continued, "each of you must place seven drops of blood onto a piece of parchment, don't worry the blood is burnt off after each use." He elaborately upon seeing the apprehension on Kira's face.

Gently each child picked up one of the dagger that lay before them, they where all identical, black blades and silver handles, and carefully sliced the palm of there hands open allowing seven drops of their blood to flow onto the paper in front of them. Placing down the daggers they waited, watching mesmerised as their blood swirled across the page to form writing, a minute later and they were done. They took it in turns to read their tests starting with Kira.
