By now it should look like this (you can draw bigger if you want, just be careful to have space for the body)

Continue with two lines, one from the ear and one from the jaw (not the middle, I messed up a bit here)If you think the neck looks too thin, you can draw it from the middle of the jaw like I did, and fix it later if you wantThen, draw two lines fr...

Continue with two lines, one from the ear and one from the jaw (not the middle, I messed up a bit here)
If you think the neck looks too thin, you can draw it from the middle of the jaw like I did, and fix it later if you want
Then, draw two lines from the neck, a short one for the shoulder (behind the head) and a longer one for the chest (in front)
Draw a longer line from the shoulder (for the back, go pretty much straight down for the chest, and connect the two lines
Be careful they don't end on the same line!
