I walked into Transfiguration the next day. I decided to talk to Professor McGonagall.

"Hey, Professor!"

"Yes, Molly?"

"I was wondering if I could have Harry's broom back?"

"And why do you think I would give it back to you? Weasley and Harry have already tried to get it back."

"Yes Professor, but I bought that broom for him. I would give it to him myself and then I had to go home..."

"I am sorry, Molly, but I turned it in. You can not have it back before it is cleared."

"By whom?"

"The Ministry."

"But that might take months!!"

"Yes, but it is a safety precaution. For Harry's safety.... and yours."

I stood there in silence. "Professor, you haven't seen me at my best."

"I believe you have class soon."

That was her cue to get out or cost points and she HATES taking points off her house.

It took a week. Harry got his broom back right before the first match of January. We watched Harry practice with the team. They were on a roll. They would win tomorrow. After practice, Ron went on and played around. He was not that bad. Before we woke Madam Hooch, I went on it. I did a couple of laps and climbed high into the sky. This was life. The best kind of life. I decided to give Harry and Ron a heart attack for fun, so I stopped the broom and made it start to fall without me controlling it. They thought it was going to kill me. They were getting out their wands and getting ready to save me. I controlled the broom just in time to hover five feet above the ground. I started to laugh. "The look on your faces!!" I said.

They just turned and walked away. Shortly after, Harry turned around walked back, grabbed his broom, and walked back to Ron, who was waking up Madam Hooch. I smiled and then followed. They were going to hate me forever.
