CHAPTER 3

After that HORRIBLE dream last night, my mind was just empty the entire day trying to resolve or think the reason of why that dream hit me in a very weird timing especially after VTH [Victor the Hawk] visited me through my window. MY WINDOW! Of all places why choose my window.

"Honey are you okay? You've been staring blankly at your coffee for 8 minutes!" My mom asked worriedly as she was right, I was staring at my coffee but for a reason.

"Yes mom I'm fine" I quickly responded to not make her worry any longer. Although I wasn't fine, I had to keep this information for myself and no one else.

I drank my coffee and got up to leave to visit my friend's house.

*At my friend's house*

"Heyy girly pops! How ya been?" That's my best friend Paige Alejandro, she loves calling me 'girly pops' for some reason but I just go with the flow to not make her mad at me again. Last time when I told her to stop calling me 'girly pops' she ignored me for A WEEK! Okay let's go back to reality.

"Nothing much, wanna go to the park?" I asked excitedly to match her energetic mood even though she is ALWAYS energetic.

"Sure! Let's bring snacks okay?" she said as she jumped with happiness. I just nodded to her question as a response.

As she brings all the snacks you could've asked for, I was packing up the picnic cloth, basket, utensils and plates for when we are eating.

*At the park*

I was surprised by how empty the park was as it is ALWAYS full of people.

"Girly pops look! There's like 4-9 people here today!" she said happily as we can finally get some peace and quiet instead of babies crying or dogs barking at the park.

"Come on! Hurry up Girly pops!" she said in a annoyed yet energetic voice, as I was walking very slow.

After setting up our little picnic, someone called Paige's phone. It was Kharl Alejandro, her little brother at home needed help. So of course Paige being the oldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Alejandro, she had to go home early otherwise she would have gotten another scolding.

"I have to go now Victory, I'm so sorry" she said in a sad voice.

"No no it's fine Paige I swear!" I replied.

After we said our goodbyes, we headed back to our homes.

*At home*

"Mom, I'm back from Paige's house" I said, but to no response, just the bird tweeting.

"MOM! WHERE ARE YOU?" I said worriedly as there was still no response. I ran up the stairs at her room and saw her sleeping. I woke her up to make sure she was fine.

"Oh my! Victory! Why'd you wake me up?! I was dreaming about Justin Bieber!" she screamed at me angrily.

"Eh?" I laughed and laughed until my stomach started to hurt. I never thought parents could EVER dream about those type of people!

"Oh shush, a woman like me could also know a person like him!" My mom replied.

After me and my mom's little chat, I got a call from the police about another robbery at the bank, it was VTH. He gave the location to where the money was to the police. "It might be a trap" they said.

I got up and exited my mom's room to wear my suit.

After wearing my suit I got to the location given by VTH.

*At the location*

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite hero, Victory Panther, Hero of the City" he said, in a very teasing tone.

(Did he just call me his favorite?...WHAT DID HE JUST CALL ME?! EXCUSE ME?)

I frowned angrily "What do you want." I said in a very unhappy voice.

"Oh? Someone's not in the mood today I see" he said while smiling in a teasing manner.

"You know what, here's the money, 10 million dollars nothing was taken from there" He said.

He vanished into thin air after his sentence.

I decided to hurry up and give the money back to the police.

After giving the money back, the police men and banker thanked me for my heroism [even though I didn't even do anything but talk to VTH].

A news reporter then blocked my way and asked questions live on TV for people to know the amount of times I have helped the city.

I was able to answer all their questions. I was heading to the park to rest until a little girl asked for my signature.

"Miss, you're my number 1 idol! Can u please sign this for me?.." The little girl pleaded. Of course I couldn't randomly ruin my reputation so I said yes.

I headed to to park and rested for 10 minutes. As I was resting I realized I was a bit hungry from all that running, talking and walking, especially all the answering from those stupid news reporters that acted like hungry little dogs on the streets.

After getting myself a simple burger from a vendor, I went to go eat on a bench.

After that, I stood up and a lady probably around my age accidentally shoved me as she was walking by.

"Watch where you're going freak!" she said in an annoyed voice. I was surprised she thought that was me and not her!
