'' I will take my leave, its getting late'' When Gaon slowly turned and take few step towards exit, he felt strong grip against his wrist. Even Yohan's touch felt like a burning fire.

'' I appointed K. In my absence he will make sure stuff like abduction won't happened again. Be careful '' Yohan's voice was calm. Without turning his head Gaon took a deep breath and spoke.

'' Why you would do that? I have Soo Yoon right?.''

'' I maybe not your chief anymore. But you are important to Elijah and as my Junior associate Judge, Its at least something I can provide.'' Yohan explained.


' Right. Just an Associate Judge..'

When Gaon's emotion reached it peaked he yanked his hand away from Yohan's grip.

'' You don't need to do anything. I appreciate it, but I can manage without yourself '' He snapped back and just walked out from the study.

After few hours later when it hit past midnight, Elijah knocked the study door and rolled her wheelchair inside, the older man look at her.

'' You are not asleep? We have early flight in few hours remember?'' He asked.

'' I know.'' Yohan felt the slight nervousness in her voice.'' What you do to Gaon this time?''

Yohan slammed his book and place it down on the table. '' What you mean?''

'' You know what I mean! He looked like he was about to cry when he left with Soo Yoon Unnie few hours ago''

Elijah's glared at him.

'Only if looks could kill'

Why would Gaon cry in the first place? Was not he the one who made a choice choosing Soo Yoon over him? Yohan just helped him pushing into making a choice. He prefer not to be a second preference, Especially when its was against Soo Yoon. Yohan knew there was something between Gaon and him.

Love? crush? lust?

He was not able to name that warm feeling he had for the younger male, But if Gaon was scared to label or accept anything between them in the first place so it was better if he just cut those painful strings. Yohan was not the fan of distraction in his life and he knew Gaon was the main distraction. Sunha might consider Gaon his weakness, but for Yohan, Gaon was like the symbol of Hope and strength.

' unrequited Love is painful'

He smiled to himself. ''We just argue, you know how we are. We have unstable pull and push relationship Elijah. I just told him I appointed K to protect him as his home is in the bad neighborhood. He just said No. We are like water and oil''


''Ugh you both are such a drama queen. He should have accepted it. But I guess he have his reasons. Anyways make sure you patch up with him. We won't be back at Korea anytime soon. '' She said before rolling herself out from the study for the night.

Yohan clicked the pen in his hand, slightly lost in his thoughts.

''Not this time Elijah, because If I try to patch up with him, I have a feeling I would be too weak to hold back. Even I have to cage him up just to be by my side forever, I will do it without any hesitation. You see I am selfish. I will force him to love me. Even if he begs me to let him go, I wont'' He whispered to himself with a sad smirk and closed his eyes. He tried to relax his tensed shoulders and slowly opened his eyes and tilt his head towards the window and looked at the moon outside.

''I am gave him a chance to escape from my love and the burning hell with it.''

Soo Yoon was silent when Gaon break the silent bomb on her, The only person he could rely on. He knew the news would came as a shock to her. But, all he was wishing for Soo Yoon to understand and just tell him that he was not a monster.

'' Please say something..'' There was a light fear in Gaon's voice because soo yoon was quiet from past 10 minutes. Very quiet, Processing all the information and staring down at Gaon's test and pregnancy results.

She take a deep breath and put the papers down on the table and turned herself towards Gaon and embraced her arms around him in warm caring hug.

With sudden contact Gaon just could not hold it any longer and break in small sobbing. He was so scared after all.

Tender patting of Soo Yoon carefully tend him '' It's alright Gaon-ah. I would never treat you any different you know right?'' Soo Yoon slowly break the hug and cupped Gaon's face in her palms, her thumbs softly wipe the wet tears which rolled out from Gaon's eyes.

''I-I m s-so sorry..'' Gaon slightly hic, trying to held back the sobs. He did not wanted to show his pathetic side to Soo Yoon, but he knew it was to late.
