Missing Color

Chapter Three: Chris

"Anyway," she said, "you should all know I'm m-moving."

My smile quickly turns into a frown as I freeze. I quickly recover from shock and look around to see if anyone noticed. Everyone is staring as Spencer in shock. All except my best friend Taylor. He gives me a questioning glance and I look at him as if saying I will tell you later. He nods in understanding and looks at spencer.

Spencer is staring at the floor. Not wanting to meet anyone's eyes.

Emily is the first one to speak up. " W-when are you moving?" she whispers.

" Three weeks. " Spencer says still not looking up.

" Where? " spencer gulps. " Angel Peak. "

Carmen lets out a small whimper. Taylor puts an arm around her shoulder offering comfort.

I let out a small sigh and look at the floor. I try to keep a neutral face. Trying to not let out how I really feel.

After what feels like an eternity of silence Tom speaks up, " Well if you are only here for another three weeks," Carmen let's out another whimper and Taylor sends Tom a glare. "then we are going to make it the best three weeks of your freaking life!"
Spencer let's out a small laugh. I look up at her to see a small, sad smile on her face.

" Thanks tom." " Anything for you sweet cheeks." he says as he winks at her. She let's out a laugh.

I can't help but feel a little jealous but I quickly shake the feeling.

An awkward silence falls back over the
group.

The bell soon breaks the silence, but no one moves. Looking around and not being able to stand the silence anymore I stand up and say, " Well, this has been really fun but we have got to get to class."

Everyone agrees and starts to get up to go to class. I quickly leave with out glancing back.

I can't believe she is leaving. I think on the way to class. How am I going to make everything up to her now?

* I am so sorry I haven't updated on forever.  I am going to update more often now I promise. 

The picture is what I kind of imagine Chris to look like.  I know on the cat out said Dylan O'brein but I just can't find out how to update it haha
