I was supposed to be dead, but every part of my body screamed with aliveness. My hands shot to the top of the dark coffin I was lying in, I pushed with all my strength but it was no use. My breaths got shorter as the coffin started to run out of oxygen, "HELP!!" I scream. "TAMMY?" a familiar voice yells. My heart fills will relief as I hear the voice, it was my best friend Skyler. Skyler had bright red hair and a tall figure and we were like sisters. "SKYLER HELP ME!!" I scream, the air decreasing quickly. I hear the sound of a shovel in soft dirt and I grin widely, I wasn't ready to die yet. A couple of minutes pass and I have officially ran out of air. A bright light fills my vision and my lungs scream for oxygen. "Skyler you saved me." I say, panting. I squint as my eyes adjust to the new light. I see my friend standing above me her eyes glistening with tears and her jaw slacking slightly. "Tammy... you, you, you're alive." she whispers in disbelief, I giggle at her statement "Of coarse I'm alive you dumb ass!" I say through a huge smile. I shoot my hand out and she immediately grabs it, still searching my face for any sign of death. I pull myself up and I groan at my stiff mussels. "How long have I been in there?" I ask her through a moan. "Huh, you don't remember a thing do you?" She asks me in amazement. "A thing about what, how I died, no." I point out "Not about that, you obviously never died so that's not important." she says, her face still glinting with amazement. "Than about what." I ask her impatiently. I hear a Russel in the bushes to the left of me and I ignore it, but Skyler grabs my arm and starts dragging me, "We need to get out of here." she says urgently "I'ts probably just a bird you pansy." I say sarcastically. "Trust me, it's not a bird" all of the sudden she draws out a Colt M1911 (A pistol) and loads it with some cartridges she pulled out of her pocket. "Hey, hey what are you doing with that." I ask wearily "Questions later, now we're running."
