Darkside: Part 1

Chapter One: The Party

Jacob's Inner Thoughts: they say high school is supposed to be the best years of your life

Jacob awakens in a van, confused and dazed he scrambles to get the bag off his head.

Jacob's inner thoughts: but not everyone can say the same when their life is on the line

once the bag is off his head, he grabs his backpack and starts digging inside. but he stops and pauses when he starts to hear footsteps and voices coming from outside the van

he quickly grabs the bag and pulls it over his head and puts something behind his back

the doors open and Jacob is dragged out of the van, when he is thrown to the ground he hears the footsteps getting further away, without wasting anytime he pulls the bag off his head and fires a shot

DARKSIDE

Jacob sits in class, his phone buzzes in his pocket so he takes it out and checks it to see a text message from Mike [Jacob's Bestfriend] he reads it and responds quickly before the teacher can say anything

after a few minutes past his phone buzzes again, so he checks the message but this time he gets caught

Mr.Williams: Langmore, put the phone away or step out!

Jacob says nothing and puts the phone back in his pocket, the bell rings and Jacob starts gathering his stuff

When he walks out of the classroom Allison (Jacob's Crush) walks up to him and bumps him on the back

Allison Brown: Hey!

Jacob Langmore: Hey

Allison Brown: So...were you going to the party tonight?

Jacob Langmore: probably not

Allison Stops Jacob

Allison Brown: Like hell you're not going.

Jacob Langmore: I'm not feeling well

Allison Brown: Come On, you have to go. if you don't go then I will hate you

Jacob Langmore: you love guilt tripping me?

Allison Brown: (Smiling) Mhm and you love me for it! I'll see you tonight (walking away)

Jacob Smirks as he watches Allison walk away

As Jacob exits the school, he makes his way to his Bike and unlocks the chain

minutes later Jacob Makes his way home. he puts his Bike up against the house and starts walking to his front door

When he gets inside, he notices his father on the couch black out drunk. He ignores it and just heads to his room

He puts his backpack down on his bed and takes a seat next to it

He sits there for a while before his phone buzzes, he takes the phone out of his pocket and sees a message from Mike 'Allison told me you were going tonight, surprised she convinced you' Jacob Chuckles and responds back 'I really wasn't feeling it to be honest with you but she has a pretty good way at convincing. What's the address?'

Mike takes a bit to answer so Jacob responds 'Mike?'
but yet again there's no answer. Thinking he might be busy

Jacob Gets up and starts looking for something to wear to the party, when he settles on an outfit his phones buzzes

when he grabs his phone he sees Mike responded
'6832 Macher St' Jacob Puts the address into maps and sees that the party is only around the block

He puts his phone down and grabs his outfit and starts getting dressed, once he is fully dressed he grabs his phone and heads out his room
