The same evening.

Susheela was making dinner and Pramod just returned back and his mind was totally disturbed what has just happened today.

Susheela - aa gaye aap... Chaliye hath muh dhokar aaiye.. Mai khana lagati hu.

Pramod - mujhe nahi khana... Tu kha le..

Susheela - are... Kyo? Bhookh nahi hai.

Pramod - bas man nahi hai.

He went into the bedroom. Susheela arrange the dinner on the table and chair went to the room. He just changed his clothes and was going to bed but she held his hand from back.

Pramod - hath chhod Susheela...

Susheela - hua kya hai aapko aaj?

Pramod - kuch nahi hua hai mujhe.

Susheela - to Phir... Khana kyo nahi kha rahe ho?

Pramod - are jab nahi hai man to kya zaroori hai khana.

Susheela - aacha... Mai nahi maanti... Chaliye na bahar.

He held her wrist, taking off her grip from his hand.

Susheela - aaahh.. Hath hataiye apna.

Pramod - kya?

Susheela - vo.. Aaj thoda khana banate hue aanch lag gayi thi to jal gaya thoda.

Pramod - aur ye tu mujhe ab bata rahi hai.. Dimag kaha rehta hai tera!!! Jab ghar aaya to kyo nahi bataya... Kabhi dimag se kaam nahi leti na tu!! Kisi kuch bada ho gaya to mai pareshan ho jaunga.. Kab akal aaegi tujhe?!!!

He noticed her eyes getting tears and she was bitting her lower lip to stop herself from crying.

Susheela - mujhe aapse baat nahi karni..

She said and went out of the room taking her hand from him.

A few minutes later.

Susheela was crying standing on the terrace and she didn't knew the reason why her husband treated her with some harsh words today? What happened to him in the morning?

Pramod came to the terrace and heard her sobbing.

Pramod - tu to rone lagi...

Susheela - to kya karu mai? Aap to aise gussa ho gaye the.. Jaise mai mar jaungi.. Khana banate hue to mera hath kahi na kahi jal jata hai.. Mai Dhyan rakh tu hu lekin ho gaya to kya karu..aur aap... Aap aise chillae mujh par.  Meri kya galati thi....

He walked towards her and hugged her back.

Pramod - mujhse galati ho gayi... Aaj din bhar  kaam bhot tha... Phir kal Raat to theek se neend nah aai... Vo sardard tha na isliye gussa aa gaya mujhe.....

She turned and found tears in his eyes.

Susheela - aap ro kyo rahe ho... Batao na aap mujhe... baat kya hai?... Aap na mujhe pareshan lag rahe ho.. Sach sach batao.. Aap theek to ho na.. Kahi aapko kuch to nahi hai na...

Pramod - nahi mai theek hu....tu meri fikr mat kar... Mai theek hu.... Bas thodi thaan me mere muh se ulta seedha nikal gaya..

Susheela - sach bol rahe ho na aap.. Kahi kuch kahani to nahi bana rahe ho mere samne.

Pramod - nahi... Sach keh raha hu..

Susheela - theek hai Phir... Chaliye neeche.. Khana kha lijiye aur so jaiye... Aur kal kahi mat jaiyega.. Aaram kar lena... Varna kahi aap beemar ho gayi to khamakha pareshan ho jaoge...

Pramod - jaisa tu kahe..

He wiped her small tears and pressed his lips on his cheeks and she chuckled to it.

They had the dinner and went to bed. Pramod was sleeping after taking his wife close enough to him that no one can separate them ever.
He was still drownings into long tears, his pain was burdening his insecurities. He was tired but sleepless of his terrifying tights that can't be taken away.

He got up from the bed and looked at at the frame hung on the wall with a garland on it.

He was badly missing his mother as he failed to share his emotions to anyone again in his life.
He closed his eyes and felt an urge to decide something very soon until it could mess his life.

Pramod - mujhe kuch na kuch to karna padega... Varna agar.... Ise kuch ho gaya to mai zindgi bhar khud us Dard ko seh nahi paunga...

He looked back upon his wife his love who in a deep slumber. He got up from the bed and covered her with a blanket properly. He caressed her head slowly and moved towards the cupboard. He finded a case of cigarettes which he had kept far from her reach because if she find this. He will ne no more alive.

He took out the case and the lighter. He went to the terrace. He took a cigarette out from the case and lit it, he was getting tired of those negetive thoughts when he heard someone behind him.

Sharam nahi aati??!!

He threw the cigarette away and turned but he was shocked to find someone who he reallying needed. His mother.

Pramod - maa... Tum yaha?

Minakshi - sharam nahi aati tujhe.. Ye sab karte hue..

Pramod - maa... Mai kya karu? Itna pareshan hu mai... Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha.

Minkashi - sab samajh me aa jaega.

Pramod - kya hua karu mai... Susheela ko kuch ho gaya.. To zindgi bhar pachtaunga mai... Tum hi batao... Mai kya karu?

Minakshi - tu itna bada ho gaya aur itna bada ho gaya aur itni si baat teri samajh me nahi aai.. Beta... Duniya to hai hi tere sath galat karne ko...to tu kyo itna sab soch raha hai..

Pramod - Susheela mar gayi to?

Minkashi - tujhe apne Pyaar par bharosa nahi hai kya? Jo hoga dekha jaega... Par to khud ko pareshan kyo kar raha hai... Tu vo kar jo tu chahta hai.... Baaki uparwale par chhod de...

Pramod - aap to mujhe chhod kar chali thi... Ab kya Susheela ko bhi jaane du...

Susheela - aap yaha kya kar rahe hai...

Pramod looked at towards Susheela. He went towards her and held her arm.

Pramod - dekh na maa kya keh rahi hai...

Susheela looked around and felt it weird that when there's nobody around. So, whom he was talking?

Susheela - Kaun hai yaha? Koi bhi to nahi hai...

Pramod - nahi.. Maa thi yaha abhi..

Susheela - bahane banana koi aapse seekhe. Cigarette pee rahe the aap mujhse chup kar..

Pramod - nahi tu meri baat to sun...

Susheela - kuch nahi sun na hai mujhe.. Pata nahi kya hua hai aapko... Aap to thak kar so gaye the to ab yaha aakar ye sab kar rahe ho... Chaliye neeche aur so jaiye..

Pramod - tu abhi sun to sahi..

Susheela - koi dusra bahana nahi sun ne wali mai.. Chaliye aap..

She held his hand taking him downstairs and Pramod was looking for back to find if his mother was there.
