One day some people comes to a gentlemen and they tell their daily life problems to him. He used to listen and leave.
Same thing happened for few days. People's used to come and share their same problems repeatedly with him.
And as usual gentleman listen their problems and leave.
Gentleman then said a joke to them and they laughed a lot. After few minutes he repeated the same joke and only some of them laughed at that joke.
Again, gentleman repeat the same joke and this time no one laughs at that joke.
Now gentleman told them, you can't laugh at the same joke over and over, so why you people carries the burden of same problem repeatedly.
He wants to tell that, worrying about problems will not solve them. It only gives tensions to you and creates health issues.
Gentleman told them that to stop worrying and start thinking about solving their problems with peace of mind.
