As Sanji sat beside her, gently stroking her hair, Y/N's eyes slowly began to flutter open. She looked up at Sanji, her gaze still dazed and confused. Sanji's face broke into a warm smile as he helped her sit up, propping her against the pillows.

"Hey, you're safe now, Y/N" Sanji said, his voice soft and reassuring. "You're back on the ship, and we've got you." Y/N ended up passing out, not long after the Straw Hat's arrived to save her. Chopper tended to her wounds and told her to rest for the time being.

Y/N's eyes slowly focused, and she took in her surroundings. She was in her quarters, surrounded by the familiar sights and sounds of their ship. She let out a deep breath, feeling a mix of relief and exhaustion wash over her.

Sanji handed her a glass of water, and she took a sip, her throat parched from her ordeal. As she drank, she couldn't help but think about the events that had transpired. Her father, the man who had kidnapped her, was now dead by her own hand.

Sanji seemed to sense her distress and wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "You're safe, Y/N," he whispered. "We've got you.. I've got you."

Y/N felt a lump form in her throat as she let out a sob. It was a mix of emotions – relief, grief, and gratitude – all swirling together. Sanji held her tight, letting her cry out her emotions as the two of them sat there in silence.

As the minutes ticked by, Y/N's tears slowly subsided, replaced by a sense of calm. She pulled back, looking up at Sanji with red, puffy eyes.

"Thanks, Sanji-san," she said, her voice still shaking. "I don't know what I would have done without you guys." Sanji smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "You're one of us, Y/N. We've got your back, no matter what."

As the two of them sat there, the door to the quarters creaked open, and Nami slipped inside. "Hey, guys?" she said, her voice soft. "How's Y/N doing?"Sanji nodded, still holding Y/N close. "She's doing okay. Still a bit shaken, but she's going to be all right."

Nami nodded, her eyes scanning Y/N's face. "Good. We've got some food prepared in the galley. Why don't I bring some up for you, Y/N? You must be starving."

Y/N nodded, her stomach growling at the mention of food. As Nami slipped out to fetch the food, Y/N looked up at Sanji, a small smile on her face.

"Thanks, Sanji" she said, her voice still a little shaky. "You're.. not as bad or annoying as I thought you were." Sanji smiled back, his eyes having a glimmer of hope in them. "I told you, you wouldn't be able to dislike me for long." causing Y/N to giggle.

As Nami returned with a tray of steaming hot food, the three of them sat down to eat together, the warmth and camaraderie of the moment a balm to Y/N's battered soul.

After a couple of long days, Y/N was finally back to her usual self and the Straw Hat's decided to split up to stock up on supplies. Robin and Nami urged Y/N to go with Sanji.

"I'll get Zoro to look for some swords for you. C'mon, don't leave the cook hanging." Nami told Y/N as she nervously played with her fingers. "Fine. You owe me booze."

As they wandered through the stalls, Sanji couldn't help but notice how radiant Y/N looked in the bright sunlight, her long, curly hair bouncing with each step she took. He, on the other hand, was trying his best to play it cool, but his enthusiasm kept getting the better of him.

"Hey, Y/N, have you tried these tropical fruits?" Sanji asked, holding up a vibrant orange fruit with green stripes. "They're supposed to be a local specialty."

Y/N chuckled and shook her head. "You know I'm more of a strawberry kinda girl, Sanji. But I'm sure you'll enjoy it." Sanji grinned and took a big bite of the fruit, making a face at the unexpected tartness. Y/N giggled at his reaction, and Sanji's heart skipped a beat. He couldn't believe how much he enjoyed making her laugh.

As they continued their stroll, Sanji pointed out various stalls selling colorful fabrics, intricately carved wooden trinkets, and exotic spices. Y/N oohed and ahhed over the vibrant colors and interesting smells, and Sanji was happy to be her guide.

At one point, they stumbled upon a small, quirky shop tucked away in a corner of the market. The sign above the door read "Madam Rosa's Magical Remedies." Y/N's eyes lit up as she pushed open the door, and Sanji followed close behind.Inside, the shop was cramped and cluttered, with shelves upon shelves of dusty jars, strange artifacts, and mysterious powders. Madam Rosa, the proprietor, greeted them with a warm smile and welcomed them to her humble abode.

Y/N wandered around the shop, running her fingers over the various artifacts on display. Sanji watched her, mesmerized by the way her eyes sparkled as she examined each item. Madam Rosa, noticing Sanji's gaze, winked at him and handed him a small, delicate vial.

"For the lovely lady, perhaps?" she hinted, her eyes twinkling.

Sanji's face flushed as he took the vial, feeling a little embarrassed but also excited at the opportunity. "Ah, yeah, maybe," he stammered, trying to play it cool.

Y/N, oblivious to the exchange, picked up a small, ornate box with a delicate latch. "Oh, what's this?" she asked Madam Rosa, her eyes shining with curiosity.

"Ah, that's a rare find, my dear," Madam Rosa replied, her voice low and mysterious. "That's a box of Dreams. Legend has it that if you place a heartfelt wish inside, it'll come true in the most unexpected way."

Sanji's eyes met Y/N's, and for a moment, they just stared at each other, the air thick with possibility. Sanji felt his heart pounding in his chest as he imagined all the possibilities.

They soon left the shop, Sanji glanced over at Y/N, who was smiling to herself as she examined the small box, and he knew he had to make his move.

"Hey, Y/N," Sanji said, his voice low and husky. "Want to grab some dinner with me tonight? Just the two of us?"

Y/N's eyes snapped up, and for a moment, Sanji thought he saw a glimmer of excitement. But then, her face smoothed out, and she smiled politely. "I don't know, Sanji. I'm not sure that's a good idea."

Sanji's heart sank, but he refused to give up. He grinned, trying to salvage the situation. "Ah, come on, Y/N! It'll be fun, I promise. We can try out that new seafood place that just opened up. I heard their fish is amazing. I'm sure Luffy won't mind waiting an extra couple hours."

Y/N raised an eyebrow, a hint of amusement playing on her lips. "You're really pushing for this, aren't you, Sanji?"

Sanji nodded, his face set in determination. "Yeah, I am. I think we could have a great time together, just the two of us."

Y/N's gaze lingered on his, and for a moment, Sanji thought he saw a glimmer of possibility. But then, she looked away, her voice light and casual. "Okay, fine. But just dinner, Sanji. Don't get any ideas."

Sanji beamed, feeling like he'd won the lottery. "That's all I'm asking for, Y/N. Just dinner."

As they left the market, Sanji couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. He knew he still had a long way to go, but for now, he was just happy to have a chance to spend more time with the lovely Y/N. And who knows, maybe this little dinner date would be the start of something more.
