Caleb

Caleb smiled at his girlfriend Hannah. He really loved her. They'd been together for six months now and it had been the happiest six months of his life.

She looked a little bit anxious right now. Her older brother Luke would come back from an exchange year in Germany today and she was really excited but also a bit nervous about meeting him again.

Caleb took her hand in his and squeezed it reassuringly. "It's gonna be okay, honey. If he's really as nice as you described him, it will be just fine.", he tried to calm her down. "You're probably right, but I don't know I'm still kind of nervous, you know?", she responded. He nodded and softly pecked her lips. "It'll be fine, I promise.", he smiled. She smiled back.

And then people started coming from the terminal. Hannah looked for her brother excitedly and as soon as she saw him, she broke out into a big grin as she ran towards him and tightly hugged him.

As Hannah and Luke came towards Caleb, he was enchanted by the other boy.

Luke looked so handsome. Fuck. Why did he think something like that about a guy? Why did he think something like that about his girlfriend's brother?

He was angry at himself. Why the fuck was that the first thought he had about him? But he had to admit Luke did - objectively speaking of course - look very handsome with his light brown, curly hair and those piercing brown eyes. His lips were full and looked really kissable... wait what?! Why was he thinking that? He internally scolded himself for that.

As Hannah and Luke came closer, Caleb got more and more nervous. "Luke, That's my boyfriend Caleb.", she introduced him to Luke.

Luke smiled at Caleb shyly and raised his hand in a kind of awkward way. Caleb smiled back at him and gave him a slight nod.

Luke's smile got a little bit more confident as he locked eyes with Caleb and Caleb noticed, that Luke had freckles all over his face, just like Hannah did. And that a really cute dimple formed at the left side of his mouth, when he smiled. Caleb got angry at himself for thinking that way about the other boy again.

"I have to go now.", he said to his girlfriend and turned to her brother. "It was really nice to meet you. See you soon!"  He gave Hannah a quick peck on the lips, before leaving the house while waving at the siblings.

He let his thoughts wander, as he started walking home. Soon he'd have his drivers licence and could finally go to Hannah's by car. He was very excited about that. Only a few more weeks. It also was only a few more weeks until summer break. He was so excited for the summer. He just knew that it would be epic. He was planning to go on a road trip with his friend group, that he was a part of since he'd befriended Hannah before they started dating.

He smiled to himself. It would be very cool to go on a trip with just his friends and no parents in the summer. Now that he thought about it, he couldn't help but wonder, if Luke would come too. He knew that Luke had been in his friend group before his exchange year, but he wasn't sure if Luke was still friends with the others. Caleb kind of hoped that he was. He caught himself starting to wonder what Luke's personality was like. He hadn't learnt very much about Luke in the short time that they had seen each other. He just knew that the brown haired boy had been very kind to him.

He shook his head. He seriously had to stop thinking about his girlfriend's brother so much.

a/n: so yeah that's the first chapter of this story I guess. Please give me feedback how you liked it. The updates on this are going to be kind of weird but I'll try uploading one chapter per week.
