I have to apologize to you. I know you were looking for love, and I got scared when I saw love. Now you thank me for our friendship, and I can't tell you the same; I fell for you.
I made you believe there is somebody else in my life because it was easier than explaining that I am scared. You live there, and I live here. But if I had the chance, I would have never left your couch that night. So now I sit here, and I don't know what to write.
I daydream about you sitting at your piano, but even in my dreams, I am too scared. I think about the untold memories and the measurable distance between us. I wonder if they were just meaningless moments to you, times you just realized you had nothing to talk about with me, or if you had also felt too much to express anything.
And I hope you would at least smile if you knew that I am no better overthinker than you are in love..
