"I never got why med cats can't have kit's" She started "now do me a favor and help me put the white one on my back"
"You haven't even named them and Crowfeather might want to name one" "you did name Hollyleaf Jayfeather and Lionblaze"
'Hollyleaf' grief swelled in Leafpools throat
"Did someone call me" Crowfeather strolled in with pride at the sight of his kits
He gave Leafpool a quick lick
"I bet Harestar isn't happy"
"It's really bad"
"Now why are you picking them up?"
Leafpool gently set the one that looked like Crowfeather down
"I'm taking them to ThunderClan"
"Where they belong" She added be fore he could reply
"You took Hollyleaf Jayfeather and Lionblaze to ThunderClan" "anyway we haven't even named them"
"I've already decided the one that looks like you is Crowkit and the white one you can name. so I can get going"
"The white one Will be BlossomKit and If your going any where one stays with me" Crowfeather demanded
"They are still on milk" KestrelFlight added
It looked as if he had been planning to say that
Crowfeather was boiling with anger
"Fine! take them to your precious ThunderClan, but when there off milk Crowkit comes with me!"
"But I named her" Leafpool, would make any excuse to keep them with her
"Would you like me to take them both"
Clearly Crowfeather would be a good leader, but with this attitude ugg
all of WindClan would be mice against a badger!
"Go on take Crowkit I'm not stopping you" she angerly added before marching out of WindClan camp with Blossomkit and Crowkit
She wished she didn't have to give the tiny kit to Crowfeather
She wanted both her kit's to have a future in ThunderClan
With her
she suddenly had an Idea 'If a just don't give them to him then all will be fine'
************4 months later***************
Icepaw walked into camp it had been 4 moons since Leafpool found two kits at the border.
Squirrelflight, Icepaw's mother had suckled the mother-less kits and raised them besides Buzzardkit and Quillkit
the full moon was starting to set the gathering had been dull.
She settled into her nest and closed her eyes, sleep drifted over her she soon woke to find herself in a delightful meadow dotted with stars
Icepaw caught sight of a flame colored tom
"Firestar," she called
Firestar walked over he had glitchy stars on his pelt
"F-Firestar,"Icepaws eyes were filled with horrer,"Are you dead?"
"I died a long time ago," He took a breath," Around the time you were born"
"But you've been alive for much after that" "you gave me my apprentice name"
"Icepaw you've been draining me" "I've been fighting death for a while"
"I've been draining him this whole time. I've been killing him" Ice paw thought
"I have been told by Bluestar that I must guide you as a spirt," the noble leader's gaze clouded, "forever." he said before he and Icepaw's dream faded away.
Icepaw's eye lids opened
"No I couldn't have killed him" she reassured herself
"He's dead!" a yowl ran through camp
Icepaw turned around to see Sandstorm over the body of the noble leader
Greystripe , Millie , Squirrelflight , Brambleclaw, and Yarrowtooth, already crouched over his dead body
Sandstorm and Leafpool were close behind followed by Cloudtale, Brightheart, and several others
Buzzardkit was slowly walking out of the nursery
Quillkit, Blossomkit and Crowkit soon followed
soon the whole Clan was gathered around the dead leader keeping vigil for there leader
As Leafpool started to speak Icepaw raced out of the den to the closest spot possible
"A great amazing leader," Leafpool paused shacking "Has died and passed to StarClan. we all hope he finds good hunting swift running and comfort of all those who have passed in his life time."
