It all starts after Shivika left the house when Shivay was blamed for killing Tej and Omkara and Rudra also belived that.
After that incident, no one took Shivay and Anika's name in the Oberoi Mansion. For all, They were dead, because he was the reason for Tej's death. But it wasn't true.
Gauri and Bhavya stood by Rudra and Omkara in that though time, promising themselves that they would one day again reunite the Oberoi brothers.

Anika and Shivay left the country with Khanna, Shakti and Pinky. Where Shivay vowed to never look back at his past again. He was deeply hurt by the allegations upon him and he got completely broken into pieces when Omkara and Rudra too believed that.
They went to London where Shivay started his own business which became renowned and popular within a short time span.
Two year passed, everything was slowly slowly back to normal but it never became as normal as before.
Yes, Shivay is a very, loyal,caring and loving husband, he is a great son, a humble boss but not the Same Shivay he was before. He became an introvert with time, he stopped mixing with people, in the name of best friends he only had his family and Khanna and thode pets whome Shivay loves as his own Children. They always make him feel better when he is sad, though Anika is always by his side when he feels low but sometimes when he doesn't wants to bother her or spoil her mood he goes to them.
Shivika had made their small world in London but still they were Incomplete.

Here in India, Om continued with his Artistic work and Rudra took up the post of the Chairman of Oberoi industry and now is handling the business successfully. But, he never dared to sit on that chair because deep down he never wanted to take Shivay's place and he badly hated that fact.
He transformed himself from a bubbly, cheerful boy to a stubborn, angery and heartless Businessman.
He now is more seen at the office rather than his home. He has slowly distanced himself from his family, friends and even Om. Only Bhavya is the one who is always behind his back. She had again joined the Police force but she is always one call away for her love.
Well for Gauri, She started helping Om with his paintings and statues. Both came out to be an amazing team. Yes they earlier loved eachother but now they are bestfriends also. Gauri turned out to be his Shining armour in the dark but at some point he always missed his dear brother. Dadi locked herself in a room after Shivaay left. She goes out only to do puja and temple. Dadi was very proud of her grandchildren's bonding, their never ending love and trust for eachother, but today the same grandchildren disappointed her.
Well for Janvi, she went to her parents, her maternal house after all thought that Shivay kill Tej.
