*after the Christmas break bc I'm a stupid writer and forgot they started living together round about Christmas time*
I woke up after feeling completely exhausted, to frank gazing at me lovingly "do you always stare at me when I sleep?" I yawn "not always, it's just you look so peaceful when you sleep" frank grinned, pushing hair from my face, I roll my eyes in response and push myself closer to my now fiancée, leaving a soft kiss on his peirced lip "were gonna have to get up soon" frank commented whilst my hand intertwined with his hair, I let out a hum in response, moving my hand down to his scorpion tattoo "your ring suits you" frank smiled, glancing at my hand "well I'll need to take you shopping for your ring soon too" I smile, covering frank in kisses. "You know, people are going to ask about the ring" frank announce, stepping into the shower "I know that" I smile, looking at my hand before joining frank "god you look handsome" I grinned, kissing his neck "can we tell people?" He asked, kissing the top of my (now wet) head "ofcourse we can" I respond with a quick smile.
Our shower quickly just turned into shower sex, something I had never fathomed doing, but what's done is done. I got ready for work, dried my hair and grabbed breakfast for frank and I, a simple coffee and toast combo, which was a staple meal in the iero-way household for frank and I. However I loved my toast burnt, frank loves his to be barely warm, something I find adorable as we are both opposites "you ready princess?" Frank asked, unlocking the front door "ofcourse I am, here eat" I say, holding out his travel mug and slice of bread (of which he calls toast) and joining him in the car."Are you in a rush to get married?" Frank asked me as we walked along the empty corridors "I mean, not particularly, but I don't wanna just say whenever, just I suppose like. Well in the near future, weddings are super expensive" I respond, nodding slightly, frank hums quietly in response "well this is me, so I'll see you later?" He asked "see ya" I smile, giving him a quick kiss, heading round to helenas class room, only to find that a group of kids were waiting for her at the door "is Ms wentz not here yet?" I ask them, grabbing my key from my pocket "nope, usually she's here by now Mr way" Tara announced, a happy tone in her voice, I let the children into her room and settle down, only to see helena strolling in "sorry I'm late kids, but my bio baby wasn't feeling great" she let them know, sitting at her desk.
"And that, you intelligent children, is how we measure the area of a cylinder" I smile as the bell rings for lunch, the kids all file out of my classroom as quick as possible "here bandit, here's five bucks for school food, and four dollars for the gas station" I smirk, her little eyes widen and she opens her mouth to say something "don't think I couldn't see you sneaking off at lunch last semester, I'm not blind" I laugh, giving her the nine bucks "thanks dad" she grinned, ear to ear, running of with her friends. I walk down to the science department to get frank for lunch, the teachers lounge door was closed so I quietly knocked on the door, as I had checked Frank's classroom and it was empty " can I help you?" A woman asked from the door, she looked very intimidating "hi I'm looking for frank?" I ask her "what frank?" She asked "iero?" I tell her, she shouts out for him and I'm met with my beautiful boyfriend, who albeit, looked incredibly grumpy "hey you" he smiled, I give him a tight hug, taking his hand and bringing him to the math department "hey! Mr way! Can we sit in your classroom? Ms wentz is teaching" jake yelled up the corridor "ofcourse! Doors open, I just need to grab my lunch and I'll be right there" I smile to him and his friends, linking arms with frankie. It had become a well known fact at work that me and frank were dating, after awhile, we just stopped sneaking around.
"Hello Mr gerard way and Mr frank iero" helena smiled, joining us with her, albeit, depressing lunch (by that I mean a salami sandwich and a tub of five grapes, two strawberries and a partridge in a pear tree) "your names gerard" jake gasped at me "kid, I haven't tried to hide it from you, practically everyone knows my name" I smile "damn I really am alittle slow" he whispered to himself "are you seriously finding that out just now?" Johnnie asked, shaking his head "gerard can I see it again" helena asked, finishing of her meal "see what?" I asked her, frank actually laughed out loud and shook his head "you know, the thing" she said, slightly louder, I still had not a fucking clue what she was talking about "babe I think she means your hand" frank nudged me, looking at my ring "oh you were talking about my engagement ring" I nod, Helena rolled her eyes at me, but then both her and frank looked at the small group of kids sitting in my classroom "your engaged Mr way?" Kyle asked me "yeah, I got engaged over Christmas break" I smile, handing out my hand so helena could look at my ring "to who?" Jake asked excitedly, everyone gave him a strange look till it clicked in his head "ohhh never mind, I got it" he smiled.
