5 Days to New Years

Hey guys this is probably my longest work but this is a Drarry story so don't like dont read this will have other ships too and yeah. Also, this will have foul language and 17+ scenes will, it may not go all into smut it will be quite close. I will give a warning before I start that part, so if you are uncomfortable, please skip it.
A little summery of the. The story is in this au drarry is a secret couple, and they got to gather in their year 6 just a while before the golden trio went on the hockey is that how you spell it...but anyway so I will start the story from them having their winter holidays so like you guys imagine the first half or read any stories like that

It was a happy breakfast at the burrow when 4 owls came flying in the Hogwarts letter attached to their body. The letter held the information of a new Head Mistress and the new prefects of all 4 houses and for Gryffindor was Hermione and Harry and the deputies were Ron and Ginny. This over joyed the family, after all it was a good news after months of war. The Weasleys took the 4 out for shopping and and cried at the train station on the day of leaving but not before warning Harry to not get into trouble again.

The 2 House heads went into the Prefects compartment. It was not until the 3 months after the was had the name Draco Malfoy ring in his head which is ironic since no one was talking about him. The chosen one had choose the prince of Slytherin as a life partner it was pretty funny. Harry had tried to contact Draco after the war with no +ve outcome but he never gave up. So when he walked into that compartment to see a sulken and tired Draco his first instinct was to hug the taller boy but his surrounding stopped him from doing so. Harry greeted the other prefects in the compartment despite his eyes not leaving Draco. The 2 Golden Trio members found out that the new Slytherin Prefects were Pansy and Draco, this also made Harry wonder how the Head mistress knew of the blonds address.

Draco was alive and this was probably the boys biggest misfortune. He tried everything to get the death eater mark of of him but nothing worked to he receded to Sh and and make up. It was funny how a pure blood respected boy went down to treated like a thug and how women's make up covered up a lot. It had made him wonder how many ladies covered up abuse with make up, it made his respect for women grow. Now with his Father in jail and Mother being his only alive support Draco wanted to jump to Harry once he saw the Hero in Hogwarts after getting his wounds treated. What stopped the blond was the difference in how people treaded him and how people were treating harry. Draco was a villain, A death eater how could he live happily with Harry, No Draco was not going to ruin his boyfriend life like he did for the rest of the people he knew.

This led to almost a year worth of avoiding that killed Draco from inside, during this period the only people he was in contact with was his mom, Pansy and Zabini. The 3, 18 year old were facing the same issues socially and thus became even more closer than they were as kids. SO when Harry walked in behind Hermione in the train compartment Draco had mentally cursed him for not expecting this to happen, I mean how could the school not choose the War hero as his House prefect. When Harry came in and saw the blond with thin sunk cheeks he could see the shock and worry in the brunette's eyes. Harry had always been the mom in the relation maybe cause of how he was forced to grow up, he always fussed about the blonds health and welfare after they started to secretly date in their 6th year. Draco knew Harry had recognized the signs of self neglect on Draco's body the moment the shorter lad had layed his eyes on him in that train seat. Harry could always see through the taller despite his cold gaze, Draco tried his best to avoid eye contact with Harry, hell if he could he would melt into the corner of the window he would.
