Behind them, Pup, made a disgusted face; however, Vipsania gave a small smile as she hit Arachne's arm, who was looking at the screen in disgust, completely ignoring the pain in her arm.

However, Eyana didn't seem to notice the movement behind her, and decided to ignore the look that Hilarius was sending her, too focused on that huge screen, as if she were seeing something new, which in fact was true.

She didn't have a television at home, not due to financial difficulties, but because her father had a strong dislike for anything related to the news, particularly the man who presented it. Her only chance to catch up on television was during visits to Vipsania or Festus' house, when her father's predilection for traditional newspapers did not prevail.

However, the one who was most entertained in their house was Haakon, who, as soon as she set her eyes on the television, couldn't look away, no matter what was playing on the screen or what played her when she wanted to talk about something private with her friends.

"Your classmate is kind of stupid, isn't he?" Delythena inquired, breaking the silence once more, drawing a reproachful look from her brother and an amused one from Arachane, who appeared pleased with the insult directed at the blond guy. Pup just nudged her, prompting her to sulk.

But she was right, Coriolanus seemed stupid now; breaking the academy's rules was no longer good manners; now breaking them with an audience was incredibly reckless. However, luckily for him, the only person who seemed to speak to the camera was Lucy, who, in a natural way and with her spontaneous way of speaking, anyone could clearly see that she was good with the public and that she was already used to so much attention directed towards her.

The rainbow girl was talking about a 'covey' right now, and Eyana couldn't help but frown at that moment. She looked too good for someone who might die in a few days; but maybe that was her sole thinking, maybe something that brought her happiness in those circumstances, was difficult to say; Eyana had never been good at reading emotions.

Nonetheless, when Lucy Gray spoke about her mother's death, her heart seemed to tighten, even though the girl had spoken about it in a joking tone. She knew the reality of losing a mother, and this made her feel a little sorry for Lucy and regretful for having had previous thoughts about her extroverted behavior.

She didn't really seem to understand emotions.

Unlike Eyana, Hilarius possessed an ability to understand emotions, particularly hers,  he always noticed the little things about her. And as he noticed her fingers fluttering and tangling, indicating anxiety, he couldn't help but sigh and come closer to her.

He still recalled the difficult months following Arpina's disappearance, he felt useless for not being able to help her.

So he decided to 'help' in his own way. "Did you know that smiling makes you more pretty?" The boy questioned teasingly, with a small grin on his face, in an attempt to divert her attention away from what was bothering her.

Even if he failed to make her smile he could at least agitate her enough to divert her attention.

Eyana frowned at him, which made him smile widen at the sudden attention; however, concern was still in his eyes. "You wouldn't know; I never smile at you." She responded a little tartly, and some giggles were heard behind them.

The group behind them had to restrain their laughter after hearing what the girl said, and Hilarius swears he saw yogurt come out of Pup's nose, who appeared to be the most amused by the situation.

However, just as he was about to recruit what he had been told, the bell rang, indicating that the first class was ready to begin. This led the boy to sigh in dissatisfaction since their arms were no longer side by side.
