Chapter 2

Rocky's POV

     I am on the way to the house from the grocery store to just relax after a long day. My wife took Dwayne to his grandmother and then she has to clean up houses.  I am very happy to see Y/N again. Man, last time I saw her she was young but if I'm not mistaken, she is 18 now. Yes, we met after some of my matches but after that we haven't spoken in two years. Seeing her again has made me feel something. Something I haven't felt since high school. When I first saw Y/N I saw her as a daughter, but now seeing her all grown up my feelings changed. My knees got weak when I saw her again. She has long beautiful brown hair with long eye lashes and a smooth skin tone. Like of course she doesn't remember me, it's been two years, and she had her mind on things like college and her career. I

        Just to be honest I am kind of scared of how Lia will react. She can get scary sometimes. Last time I was looking at a girl she gave me that ' Focus on your opponent or I will get my slapping gloves'.

     I went up to my room and just layer down and watched Tv. I know the doctor told me to rest because I am just recovering from having broken ribs. But what's the worst that could happen, well I know what could happen, but I can't just sit down. I love exercising but today I feel like I relax. I wonder how Y/n. I went to the phone that was downstairs and pushed in her number. Hopefully she didn't move. The phone ranged for a at least ten seconds. After those ten seconds someone finally picked up the phone.

" Hello?"

That's when I heard someone with the voice of an angel.

"Hello is this Y/n?" I asked.

"Yes, this is she. May I ask who is calling?" She asked.

"Yes, this is Rocky Johnson. We met at the grocery store. I don't know if you remember me, but we met two years ago when your mother and father introduced me to you after one of the matches." I explained.

"Oh, to be honest I can't hardly remember a thing from two years ago. I was so busy with college and work that, I hardly have no one on my mind. Well, all except the ones I live with." She explained.

"That's understandable. Maybe we can meet tomorrow for coffee, you know, for we can catch up." I spoke.

" That sounds wonderful. What time do you want to meet?" She asked.

" Let's say around 10:30. Will that be good?" I asked. "Of course." She responded.

" Okay, well enjoy the rest of your day and I will see you tomorrow." I spoke.

" Okay, same to you too."  So, with that, she hung up the phone. I was up here about to have a heart attack for how nervous I was.

Y/N POV

     I just got off the phone with Rocky, and to my surprise he called. I was nervous at first when I found out it was him who was calling and it felt like I was about to have a whole panic attack.
"Who was that on the phone sweetheart?" My dad asked.
"Oh, it was Rocky that was calling. Me and him agreed to meet up to get some coffee tomorrow." I spoke. My dad was just standing there with smirk on his face. I know what he was thinking. Yes, I do have a crush on him, but he just won't cut me some slack.

" Will y'all PLEASE STOP YAPPING AND GET ME FREE FROM THIS CURSED BARS." My sister yelled.
Me and dad got the butter. We rubbed the butter between the bars that was against her neck. After five minutes she finally got freed from the bars.

" Sis whatever you are doing, please stop because next time it might be worse than this."
I spoke.
" Your sister is right you know." My dad said. 
" I know but, I just can't help but wonder if I can fit between those bars." My sister said.

Sometimes I always wonder if she has ADHD or some type of disorder. For example, I go crazy when someone threatens me or my family and the people I love. Like give them the death stare and a sign that tells them too not go near me or anyone else with that bull crap. Yes, I can fight, but only when I need or have to.

     I went to my room and change out of my outfit. I am going to hang out with my homegirls. We all agreed that if I'm off from work we get to hang out. We've been close friends ever since middle school. I remember ever since I was little, I was a shy girl without any friends. I be sitting alone with no one to talk to, the teachers be offering to sit with me, but I denied it since kids going to be making fun of me for sitting with the teacher. The next day, three girls came into the classroom. They were the ones I haven't met yet. They been going to the school. Right when they say next me, they introduced themselves to me. Their name are Lily, Kayla, and Sarah. When I introduced myself, that's when we became best friends.

When I putted my jacket on, I heard a honk outside. It was Lily, Sarah, and Kayla. I ran downstairs and grabbed my hat.
" I will see y'all tonight!" I yelled through the house. I went outside to get in the car.

" Hey girls!" I spoke excitedly.

"HEY!" They all spoke at the same time. I got in the back seat with Lily, and we all drove around a bit before we head to the mall.

After a few stops, we finally made it to the mall. We went inside clothes shopping. I was shopping for summer clothes since summer was just one month away. I picked out these cute shorts with a pink top that has a cute rose on it along with some white shorts.
" Girl, that outfit is so CUTE!!!!" Lily said.

" Thank you, what did you pick out?" I asked.

" Picked out this white shirt that has Lily flowers on it along with some these pink shorts." Lily showed.

" That is so cute!!" I blurted out.

Once all four of us done our shopping we just chatted the whole way back to my house. After we got to the house all of us went to my room.

" S, Y/n. Still have a crush on the Soul man?" She asked while smirking.

" What, I-I-I don- okay fine, yes, I do still have a crush on him. I thought it was only going to be a silly high school girl crush that wasn't going to last long, but it looks like its lasts longer that I thought." I said while still blushing. 

" Girl you can't hide your feelings from him forever. There has to be a time to tell him how you feel before he finds some other chick." Kayla said.

" I know but I can't, not after what happened. The last time I ever confessed my feelings to someone older than me, I got cursed and yelled at from the person I was in love with. And he called me a useless woman who will never. Ever. Amount. To. Anything. In. Life." I said while tears started to form in my eyes.

"Forget about him, he had no right to say all that stuff to you." Sarah said while handing me a piece of tissue. 

" Well, you are right. I shouldn't let the past get the best of me. He even called me to meet with him at a cafe for breakfast. I don't have a car, so I better call him and see if he is available to pick me up."

" That's the spirit girl! Now you need to find something cute to wear that will catch his eyes."  Lily said with crazy love looks in her eyes. I most definitely forgot she goes love crazy. Every time one of us has a crush on some guy, she just goes, well, crazy and starts throwing clothes onto the bed.
