"Tell the others to meet up with me, lets greet King Gazel, and also call Kaijin too" and Souei disappeared and later they went to where the Pegasus Knights will land along with the other subordinates and Kaijin

"King Gazel i am so happy to see you in a good shape" Kaijin greeted while kneeling, meanwhile Shion is infront of Rimuru, ready to fight if need be "Rimuru-san, if the situation came south, i will defend you" Shizue slowly walk beside's Rimuru and whisper to him

"No worries Shizue, he won't harm me" Rimuru said and thought, Because i have physical and Spiritual Attack Nullification HUAHAHAHA!, Rimuru laugh evily and his thought

"Long Time No see Kaijin and you too... Rimuru" Gazel said looking at Rimuru seriously, Gazel is measuring Rimuru's full potential "I am Rimuru Tempest... the Chancellor of the Jura Forest" Rimuru introduce and Gazel smile

"Oh how the mighty Demon Lord Rimuru Tempest have fallen" Gazel said and laugh meanwhile the subordinates of Rimuru felt insulted and then Treyni appeared "Dwarf King, i will only give you one chance, don't insult our master" Treyni appeared and that made Gazel a bit shock and many of his pegasus knights so shocks

"Rimuru Tempest, Silver Devil Emperor, that's why when we last met, i felt your so strong and i was worried but i must judge you with my strength and see if you have ill intent" Gazel and then Rimuru smile

"Fine, i will fight you fair and square, just using my swordmanship" Rimuru said and his Death Claw appeared "Its been decades or even centuries since i used this" Rimuru mutter and smile wickedly

"Well then, i will be the judge of this battle" Treyni said and the battle started, Gazel first swung his sword to Rimuru from above, Rimuru block it then pulled his sword and tried to pierce Gazel's left shoulder but he deflected the attack of Rimuru

"Thunder of Heaven and Earth" and Gazel disappeared, and appeared infront of Rimuru and swung his sword upward from the ground and then immediately swung back his sword downward, RImuru didn't dodge but he blocked it

"King Gazel, it would take for you another two centuries to defeat me, for me, your like a Child" Rimuru said and Gazel laugh and unsheath his sword "I see, so your not really an evil person Rimuru"

 "Ofcourse not, i only destroyed that Kingdom for a reason, plus, that stupid kingdom is full if corrupted, and evil person, its only a matter of time before that Kingdom will destroy itself and start killing each other" That was a common sense of a Demon

Rimuru's subordinate just smile and Shizue sigh, meanwhile Gazel smile "So are you going to invite me inside, its beautiful from above the sky if i may say" Gazel said and pat Rimuru's back

"Ughh s-sure" Rimuru stutter and then they went inside, Gazel and Rimuru is facing each other "So Rimuru, may i know what happened, it seems my Spy Master got PTSD but don't know how, and she's so territifed of even stepping near you" 

She was really that terrified ehh, Rimuru thought and Gazel continue "And also Rimuru, if you want to create a nation, then i will support you but first i want to know your goal" Gazel said and ask RImuru and they stop eating and drinking

"My Goal.... my goal is to create a world where Humans & Monster can coe-exist together, but to do that, i need the cooperation of everyone and the help of everyone too" Rimuru said with a smile and Gazel drink and smile "I have decided that i will support you, now, what would you name your nation"

Gazel said and Rimuru was suprise and said "Jura Tempest Federation" Rimuru declared with his eyes closed and then all of them look at Rimuru with expressionless face "Huh why are you all looking at me like that"

Gazel then answered "Rimuru, my junior, do you forgot that the entire Forest of Jura is truly yours and the Storm Dragon's territory, so making a Nation Federation is not a choice here" Gazel said and Rimuru then reply "I don't need a nation where i manage all, i need a nation that is Federation, manage by multiple individual to help me truly manage it and rule it"

Rimuru is right, having a Federal Nation is much less to manage than having a Nation where one ruler hold everything

"Fine, Jura Tempest Federation it is" And then Contract Magic was used and on that day, the new Monster Nation called "Jura Tempest Federation" was born and was named to the world inside the Jura Forest "Then this city must be the Capital City of Rimuru"

"Wai-!" Rimuru was taken it back by Rigurd's declaration and Rimuru couldn't stop them from cheering

Two days later, King Gazel returned with a white cloth covering someone, King Gazel has handed the Former Prime Minister Vesta to Rimuru and he pledge to work under Rimuru and he has actually change, very much

"And now what are you doing here Gabiru" Rimuru look beside's him and saw "uh, me, Oh you've finally noticed me, i am here to grant you my loyalty" Gabiru said with a smile and his three idiots lizardsman cheered

And Rimuru look at Gabiru's sister "Sorry for my Brother's idiocy" and then Rimuru found out that Gabiru was exiled meanwhile his sister was sent here to work, Rimuru named her Souka and renamed Gabiru to also Gabiru

Souka along with the others humanoid dragonewts are now working under Souei and Gabiru is working with Vesta now and now days later later, Rimuru is currently chilling with Shizue and Ranga on the hill, Rimuru and Ranga is kneeling on Ranga's stomach fur

"Ranga-dono your fur is so smooth" Shizue said and moving her head left and right on Ranga's fur and then Ranga look up along with Shizue "This aura, its too strong" Shizue said and stand up, she unsheath her sword "No worries Shizue, its only a childish 2000 years old demon lord" Rimuru said and Shizue sweat a bit

"I take it your friend, Rimuru-san judging from your reaction" Rimuru is still laying on Ranga's stomach fur "Yes" and then the new comer finally landed 

"Hwahaha i am Milim Nava, a Demon Lord" Milim Nava, the Tyrant of Destruction "Now now Milim, please don't cause trouble for me" Rimuru said and stand up "Oh Rimuru, i came here because i saw you and sense you in here"

"What do you mean by that Milim" Rimuru ask while sweating "umu, i came here to taste some delicious sweats, you said years ago that when you get a chef then you will order them to make sweats from me"

"I did say that" Rimuru said and Milim is now on her cute phase, her eyes is teary and Rimuru just smile and then the others arrive "Lord Rimuru, we've sense some strong individual" Souei appeared along with the others and look at Milim

"No worries, she's my friend, Milim Nava" And then Rimuru gave Milim Honey to not make her rampage on his city, Rimuru then invited her and announce to the city of the V,I,P Guest, Milim Nava the Destroyer as his Best Friends... more like Beast Friends
