Welcome to the second book of A Shadow in the Light! If you clicked on this book without reading the first book (Veiled Stars), I highly recommend you read that first. The plot won't make much sense if you do not.
This book will touch topics like death, blood, and mild gore. If there are any very detailed gory scenes, I will put a trigger warning (TW) at the beginning of the chapter and have a summary at the bottom if you skip over the chapter.
If there are any spelling/grammatical errors, please let me know so I can fix it as soon as possible! I tend to mix names up, so those might be very common if it slips past me while editing.
