"KARIIIIIII" i yelled matching his energy i picked him up and took his bags from kenzi

"I had so much fun with TT kenzi we went to the zoo and the museum then we had a lot of candy and everythingsss i got new toys" he said while playing with my hair

"That's good lil man sissy is in the shower right now so when she gets out we gonna get pizza and have a movie night"

He nodded his head as i put him down he ran off to his room

Kenzi looked at me with a look of pure disgust in her eyes

Shay came up behind me in her robe placing her hand on my back "what's going on"

Kenzi crossed her arms "are you serious right now"

Kenzi huffied as i closed the door in her face locking it

"2 pepperoni and 2 cheese oh oh and get breadsticks too with marinara sauce with nacho cheese"

She smacked her lips "see now you pushin it order the food so we can start watching movies"

After i ordered our food we chilled for the rest of the night

As we was sitting on the couch the doorbell rung shay stood up i pulled her back down sit down i got it. I went to the door opening it a short ass lil nigga was standing there holding the pizzas.

I grabbed the pizzas and paid him. Closing the door back i went back into the living room and sat the pizzas on the table.

Kari looked at the pizzas and smiled "yummy! Pizzaaa" he did a lil dance

Shay laughed "which pizzas you want bubba"

He pointed at the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza " i want those ones"

She went and grabbed the paper plates then put one slice of each pizza on his plate and she gave him some bread sticks.

She handed him his plate as he sat the plate on his lap

She made my plate for me then she sat down

She grabbed a slice of pizza as i grabbed the remote turning on the lion king

After 4 movies in all you could hear was faint light snores coming from kari

"Can you take him upstairs and lay him in his bed please" she said softly

I nodded my head gently picking him up i walked upstairs to his room and laid him on his bed. I turned his night lamp on and closed his door behind me.

I went back downstairs as shay was in the kitchen putting the food up i grabbed the breadsticks and put them in the refrigerator.

"So how are we gone go about this ma ion wanna lose you"

She sighed "I don't know okay just give me time to think about this. I already made a mistake forgiving you the first time I don't want to make the same mistake again."

she walked past me and went to her room i followed behind her "why you can't just let me fix us" i asked

She rolled her eyes as she laid down "have you ever thought that maybe some things just don't need to be fixed"

"Why not tho"

She grabbed the remote turning on some music and changing her led lights to red and dimming them so it's somewhat dark in the room

"They just don't okay there isn't nothing to fix between us just stop"

I nodded my head as we sat on the bed in silence
Living room flow by jhene aiko played in the background as i lit up a blunt

Shay scrolled through tik tok while i smoked every other minute she would look up from her phone and our eyes would lock contact.
