Objects in Orbit Episode 1: Unfriendly Randomization

*Caboodle hits the button, and the tv switches programs to the "Randomization Ver 2.9". A screen with three team colors is shown. The first team color is red going into orange. The second team color is yellow going into green. The third team color is blue going into purple.*
Caboodle: "Let's get this show on the road!" *he hits the button again and the randomization begins.*
TV: "First team is Jerry. Camilla. 10 Cents. Yakedo. Sarah. And Desmond."
Desmond: "Look at that little buddy! We're on the same team!"
Daniel: "Woo!"
Jerry: *sad face*

TV: "Second team is Kesha. Lianna. Neko No Suzu. Samuel."
Kesha and Lianna: "SAMUEL?!"
Caboodle: "What? What did the randomizer do wrong?"
Samuel: "It's nothing much, but me and Kesha aren't exactly on the best terms right now."
Caboodle: *beat* "...Oh."
TV: "Lotus. And Melody."
Melody: "Let's just hope this team survives in the long run."
Lotus: "Agreed. We are all stronger together."

TV: "Third team is Caroline. Berry. Mikale. Patricia. Kyle. And Gerald."
Kyle: "Yay, another awkward team."
Patricia: "Hey! At least we aren't Team 2 right now..."
Kyle: "True."

Star Lamp: *in the background* "We're finished, everyone!"
*All three Teams are standing atop a yet to be risen platform. It's in a purple color, and looks fairly large.*
Star Lamp: "Are you ready to see how this challenge is going to go?"
Willo: "Uh, these platforms aren't going to rise, are they?"
Star Lamp: "Maybe."
*Caboodle hits a button that causes the platforms to rise. They are fairly high up now. On the ground where the platforms were risen up, there are large buckets full of pillows with Starsong-styled battery sheets.*

Star Lamp: "I'll let Caboodle explain the rules!"
Caboodle: *he grins, before images appear on his screen* "Each of you are on your team's platform. You have to stay on top of the platform! If you fall off, you are out. But at least you won't be falling into water, you at least are guarenteed no deaths.. unless you miss the bucket. Don't worry! I was built with an app that lets me revive everyone, so death isn't the end for any of you! If two teams lose all their team members, then the one team that survives is the winner!" *He does look confused after switching back to his main screen* "Mom, what do we do if they tie?"
Star Lamp: *beat, she has a very nervous reaction* "I... I never thought of that."
Dividy: "Eh, not important short-stack."
Caboodle: *he looks offended* "Hey!"
TV: "On your marks, get set, GO!"

Patricia: "Oh, why do we have to be so high up??"
Kyle: "Pat, there's pillows down in that bucket. If we fall, we'll at least live."
Patricia: "And you think that's reassuring??"
Caroline: "Hey now! He's trying his best!"
Melody: *from the background* "Watch this, team!"
*Melody launches her hand like a punch towards Team 3's platform, and knocks off Caroline. The hand returns to her as if it was normal. Everyone else on her team is staring at their limbs in fear.*
Melody: "What? Do your guys limbs not do that?"
Lianna: "THAT'S normal for you??"

Daniel: "Wow, look at Team 2 go!"
Desmond: "I was not expecting her limbs to work like that one video game guy!"
Hono: "Yeah, but how are we going to compete with them?"
Daniel: "Mr. Yakedo! Why don't you go stop the other team!"
Jerry: "Yeah, you can fly!"
Hono: "...That doesn't sound like a bad idea." *he 'smirks', and begins flying towards Team 2*

Cat-Bell: *she notices and rings*
Samuel: "Oh no they are siccing a flyer on us!"
Kesha: "Geez, don't sound so worried. We got this."
Samuel: "How??"
Kesha: "Watch."

Cat-Bell: *they move towards Hono and ring 'Friend please cease your attack'*
Hono: "Neko, please move out the way!"
Cat-Bell: *they ring once more, 'You asked for it', and rammed themselves into Hono*
Hono: *he reacted in pain* "Neko no!" *he watches as the string slowly catches on fire* "Your string!"
Cat-Bell: *they ring 'Huh', before falling to the ground. They make a loud ring after crashing into it, not dead, but injured*

Hono: "Well, guess I'll d-" *Lotus splashed water onto Hono, causing him to react in pain again and fall to the ground*
Desmond: "Oh no!"
Daniel: "Our only method of attack!"

Berry: *he's been watching, and seeing no one else fall off* "Augh! I can't take how slow this challenge is going anymore!"
Patricia: "But how- EEP!"

Kyle: "C...Child what are you doing?"
Berry: "I'm gonna make this challenge go quicker!"
Mikale: "This doesn't seem like such a good idea..."
Berry: "You are not the boss of me!"
*Berry tosses Patricia onto Team 2's platform. Due to the force of the throw, she ends up puncturing it.*
Patricia: "...Huh, I thought I would've-"
*...Until a certain lotus spilt water onto Patricia, causing her prongs to spark electricity uncontrollably. Everyone on Team 2 screams as Kesha, Samuel, Melody and Lianna fall off. Lotus somehow is still on the platform, despite being wet. Lianna crashes onto the floor and breaks, meanwhile everyone else lands into the bucket.*
Patricia: "Oh no..." *She screams as she gets dislodged and falls off Team 2's platform. As a metal-based object she at least survives the fall*

Caboodle: "...Welp, gotta bring back Lemonade!" *he opens up the Song of Life app and scrolls slowly, trying to get to Lianna's icon*

Mikale: "Berry, what the heck! Patricia was our friend!"
Kyle: "Yeah, she isn't cargo!"
Berry: "Whatever, at least it's going faster now!"
Gerald: *he finally looks up from his phone and looks annoyed* "Why are we talking about going faster again..?"

Camilla: "Everyone, I have a plan!"
Sarah: "You do??"
Camilla: "We'll launch someone onto Team 3's platform!"
*beat*
Jerry: "Why not Team 2?"
Camilla: "That Lotus has a perfect sense of ballance. She'll never fall off even if we send someone to push her off!"
Daniel: "But then who will we send?"
*everyone looks at Desmond*
Desmond: "...What?" *he looks nervous* "Oh no, no. I'm not really much of a fighter, and Team 3 has a gremlin."
Daniel: "Well, I'm a kid, and everyone else isn't throwable!"
Camilla: "Sorry dear, we don't have much a choice!"
Desmond: "Do I at least get a say in the matter?"
Sarah: *is helping Jerry lift up Desmond* "Nope!"
*Sarah and Jerry chuck Desmond towards Team 3's platform. He manages to make it there, and grips onto it.*

Kyle: "Huh?" *he sees Desmond* "Hey! Get off!"
Mikale: *he sees that Gerald isn't doing anything to stop Desmond from climbing up onto their platform* "Gerald do something!"
Gerald: "There's no one here so it's fine."
Desmond: *he finally got on top of the platform* "Yes there is."
Gerald: "Huh?" *he gets thrown off the platform into the bucket*
Berry: "Oh no you don't!" *he rushes towards Desmond*
Desmond: *he jumps over Berry, tripping in the process but shoving Berry off*
Berry: "No!"
Kyle: "Were doomed."

Star Lamp: "It's game!" *she sees that Team 3 was knocked off the platforms* "Wow, despite Team 2 losing a lot, they managed to stay safe by a single Lotus!"
Lotus: "It was only part of my training..."
Lianna: *she was brought back finally* "Wow. That felt strange."
Caboodle: "Get used to it, reviving isn't easy with a screen like mine."
Star Lamp: *in a sing-songy voice, within the background* "Just means I've got to upgrade TV more~!"

Caroline: "Maaaaan... We lost."
Kyle: "No thanks to Gerald." *the screen focuses on Gerald, who's on his phone again* "Seriously, put the phone down for a second."
Gerald: "Never."
Star Lamp: "Time to cast your votes, viewers! Which of Team 3 shall be out?"
