Ace started pushing up his feet on the accelerator more and more. Making the car start moving faster.
I noticed we where catching a lot of speed and I turned to look at Ace and he was just focused but at the same time relaxed
He only had one hand on the wheel even though we where going fast as fuck as we where zooming past the other cars.
Ace kept passing the other car and it looked like we where in a real racing game I couldn't help but smile at the speed and the fun it felt
Ace saw my smile and decided to not go fast anymore considering he had his real license on it, but when he stopped going fast he noticed y/n's frown was slowly starting to come back
He groaned and felt sad by her smile again then he shook his head
The things I do for her... he thought
He pressed the acceleration hard but then stop and the hard again and then stopped again
Making the car go then stop harshly and over and over again, y/n was just moving back and forth, again and again
"Look Ace Stop, this has your license and thank you so much for trying to cheer me up but I'm not really in the mood" I said
"Hm...mkay" Ace shrugged
I went back to looking out the window, when out of nowhere Ace started speeding up way more than before
I gasped and saw the numbers on the little screen get larger and larger
We where coming to a stop but Ace was still going fast
Which honestly I was really worried but I turned to look at Ace and still only one had was on the wheel. seeing Ace relaxed honestly made me feel safe.
As soon as we made it to the stop sign Ace drifted the car to the left, making the car make a whining sound and leave a mark on the road
After the drift Ace started going normal again
"Oh my gosh" I started laughing
I started giggling and how fun this was and Ace looked at me and smiled
"Shit" Ace whispered as he looked in the rear view mirror
"What?" I looked back and saw a police man with his lights turned on
Luckily there was two cars in between us
"Okay" Ace said in a stern voice and gripped the steering wheel with both of his hands
He cleared his throat a bit and started pushing the accelerator again
We started passing cars as the police man kept trying to follow us
