It was evening time...

Usually you would be getting back from a mission right about now but today was your day off.

More like you were ordered by the Hokage to stop overworking.

The sky was grey and a storm would soon be approaching.

You loved storms, the calming pattering of the rain, distant thunder echoing throughout the

village.

It was peaceful.

You couldn't help but feel a little excited for the possibility of rain and thunder. You enjoyed it.

Sitting out in the rain, enjoying the cool drops of water wash all your worries away as you think of all the peaceful and happy memories you shared with the people you love.

Or the people you used to love....

You open the window and the cool air instantly refreshes you, bringing a smile to your tired face.

The smell of rain, so beautiful.

You take a deep breath and all the stress and anxiety etched into your face disapears as you exhale.

You look out the window and see the roof on the neighbour's balcony beneath you.

You use this as your balcony. On many occasions, the neighbours below you complained but you would always ignore them and sit on your 'balcony' late at night, hugging your knees to your chest you would stare at the stars in awe and wonder.

Today though, it was rainy.

It wasn't common for rain to occur in konoha, so you decided you would make the most of this night.

The sky grew darker and darker, the only source of light coming from your room behind you.

It lit up your beautiful (h/c), strands, the upper part of your cheeks and mainly your back, since your back was facing your room.

The distant thunder rumbled in the distance giving you a feeling of ecstacy. You could even compare the feeling to the feeling of being in love.

But this feeling was lighter .... somehow.

It started to drizzle and you made yourself comfortable on the roof, hugging your knees to yourself and staring at the lightning that sparked from cloud to cloud as the distant thunder and patters of rain filled your mind with unexplainable peace.

You gave a deep sigh as the light rain drenched you.

A slim figure was approaching you.

The light from your room lit up his silver locks as he came closer.
