Dea and Seven have split custody(Dea gets her one week then Seven gets her the next week). They're not in a relationship and never were. She's the result of a one night stand. They do both love her. Both Seven and Dea made the decision to keep her. She's the only Heir(ess) to the Ivorian throne as both Sin and Pandora don't have children nor do they intend on having children. Not any time soon at least. Very few people know of her existence.
