stood outside the room were the two park siblings. just five minutes ago, the younger was informed that they could go see their father.
they were both reluctant, ofcourse they were. they hadn't seen the man for years. and even though he'd be asleep, they were both cautious and nervous.
jisung took deep breaths and faced his sister, "I don't wanna see him."
her expression didn't waver, as if she expected it. hyesu only nodded, "i understand. I'm.. gonna go in. you can go and wait for me in the car. I'll only be a while."
the amount of relief jisung felt as he walked to the parking lot of the hospital was indescribable. he didn't care much if his sister wanted to see their father or not but for himself, he felt a great weight of decision lifted off his shoulders.
seorin was right. he needed to sort out his thoughts and emotions more clearly before he saw his father. he knew he wouldn't be able to control himself and god knew what he would do if he saw the dreaded man.
