Doukaza one shots

The mission pt 2

I got like 6 and a half hours of sleep last night (:

Also I kind of want to change my writing style but I'm not sure. I feel like I don't add enough details into this but yeah. I might go over some of the previous chapters and edit them.

Douma's pov:

I tried using my blood demon art.

Can I get there in time though?

It works, kind of.

I managed to get the demon slayer away from him but he still got hit.

I run over there.

"A-are you ok?" I ask.

"I'm fine"

I take care of the demon slayer.

"You should eat" I say.

"Yeah...your right" he replies.

After he's finished we start walking away.

"Maybe you should rest" I say. "We can do more tomorrow"

"No I'm fine, plus there's still like 2 hours until sunrise"

We continue to walk but don't see anyone.

It's been about an hour.

"Are you sure you don't want to head back? There's only an hour until sunrise" i ask.

He pauses for a second.

"Yeah we can go back..."

Suddenly we hear something behind us.

I turn around and see 2 demon slayers, one male and one female.

Wait...is that the girl from before? How did I not notice she was a demon slayer.

"I'll take the woman" I say.

He rolls his eyes. "Alright"

She starts attacking me, and she's pretty strong.

I wonder if akaza-dono will be ok...

He'll be fine..you have to focus on your own match.

She manages to hit me.

I just realized that I haven't eaten in days as well.

Damnit I should've eaten her when I had the chance.

After a while I finally kill her, but I still took a lot of damage.

I look at the sky. The sun is going to rise any moment.

Akaza's pov:

"Douma come on" I say. "Go to the woods"

He's farther behind me...will he make it?

Ugh stop thinking about him akaza.

We get to the woods just in time.

"Well...what do we do now?" I ask.

"We could find a house and rest there until it's night time" he suggests.

"Sure I guess"

We walk for about 10 minutes before we see a little abandoned house.

Douma's pov:

"Is this house ok?" I ask.

"Yeah it's fine" he says clearly upset.

I wonder why he's upset.....did I do something wrong?

We go inside and sit down on a couch.

"Is something wrong?" I ask.

"No. Nothings wrong" he says.

Akaza's pov:

That was a lie. I was upset because of how useless I was in that battle.

If Douma wasn't there I would have....I'm not going to think about that.

I calmed down a bit. Everything was fine, we just had to wait until the sun went down.

I realized how tired I was, I hadn't slept in at least 5 days.

I'll just close my eyes for a bit.....

Douma's pov:

I feel something on my shoulder.

"Akaza-dono...?"

I look down. He was asleep.

I smile.

He looks so cute....

I let him sleep, he obviously needs it.

Time skip: 5-6 hours later

Akaza's pov:

I suddenly wake up. Im laying on Douma's shoulder.

How long was I asleep for...?

Never mind that, I can't believe I feel asleep on him...that's so embarrassing.

"Akaza-dono your awake!" He says smiling.

I can feel my face heating up.

Why am I doing this?

"Y-yeah" I say. "Is it night yet?"

"No, there's still a few more hours"

"Oh ok"

"Do you want to watch a movie?" He asks.

"S-sure" I say.

We watch a few movies while waiting for the sun to set.

Finally, after what felt like forever it was night time.

"Let's go" I say.

"Ok"

I didn't know how to end this </3

If anyone has an idea of where I can end it tell me bc this ending sucks

I was procrastinating this so much 😭

Also I'm so fucking glad I went and edited this bc there were so many mistakes- mostly bc of my fucking autocorrect 😭 I'm never writing on my phone again.
