In a cozy room adorned with warm hues, Rohit and AB sat across from each other, their expressions a mix of surprise and anticipation. Sachin and Saurav, their fathers, sat beside them, their faces a blend of determination and nervousness. AB's eyes widened as he saw Rohit cleared his throat and began, "hello AB." AB returned the greeting with a rare genuine smile, mirroring Rohit's genuine expression of relief.

"Do you two know each other?" Sachin inquired, breaking the tension. Both boys nodded in acknowledgment

“How do you guys know each other?" Saurav asked.

“We were ….in same college.” Ro and AB said hiding the fact they were each other's Rival’s.

“Why are we here?” They asked at same time then secretly glare at each other.

"Actually, we have something important to discuss with you both," Saurav interjected, his voice carrying a weight of seriousness.

"We'vebothdecidedthatyouandRohitwillbe marriednextmonth. Okay?" Sachin rushed through the statement, earning a sharp glare from AB. "What? Speak slowly, Dad," AB demanded, his tone firm yet tinged with disbelief. "I've already said it once, now it's your turn, dada," Sachin responded, earning a reproachful look from Saurav. The room fell silent, the air thick with tension as the gravity of the situation sank in for everyone present.

"Seriously Sachin?" dada said in Shock then turned to Ro and AB and Nervously said , "umm Your both’s grandfather were best friends & when they got to know you  both need to get married before 25 years age or your life will be in danger they both Promised each other that they will get you both  maried  each other & you both are already on engaged from 5th year of age.”

AB's eyes widened in shock, his hands clenched into fists at his sides. "So, you're telling me that our entire lives have been orchestrated without our knowledge?!" His voice dripped with sarcasm, his disbelief tinged with a simmering anger that threatened to boil over. The news has hit AB like a sledgehammer, shattering the fragile facade of control he had meticulously built around his life. His parents' announcement of an arranged marriage to his lifelong rival, Rohit, pierced through his carefully constructed world, leaving behind a gaping wound of disbelief and resentment. AB had always prided himself on his independence, his ability to carve his own path in life without interference from others. But now, faced with the prospect of marrying someone he had spent his entire existence competing against, he couldn't help but feel a sense of betrayal.

As the eldest son in his family, AB had always shouldered the weight of expectations with unwavering determination. From excelling in academics to outshining his peers in every aspect of his life, he had become accustomed to being the best. But now, forced into a marriage he had no say in, AB couldn't help but feel a sense of powerlessness gnawing at the edges of his resolve.

His rivalry with Rohit had been a constant presence throughout his life, a never-ending battle for supremacy that fueled his ambition and drove him to greater heights. Whether it was in academics, sports, or even social circles, AB and Rohit had always been locked in a fierce competition, each determined to emerge victorious. But now, faced with the prospect of spending the rest of his life with his rival, AB couldn't help but feel a sense of resentment bubbling within him.

For Rohit, the news of the arranged marriage came as a bitter pill to swallow, dredging up memories of a rivalry that had defined his existence for as long as he could remember. From a young age, he had been taught to accept his fate without question, his family's traditions and values instilling in him a sense of duty and obligation that he had never dared to question. But even so, the thought of marrying AB, his lifelong adversary, filled him with a sense of unease he couldn't quite shake.

As the youngest son in his family, Rohit had always felt overshadowed by his older siblings, his accomplishments often overlooked in favor of his more accomplished brothers though his family makes sure that he will never feel like this but Rohit couldn't help and Felt little pressured. Amidst all his rivalry with AB had been a constant in his life, a source of both frustration and motivation that had driven him to prove himself time and time again. Now, faced with the prospect of marrying his rival, Rohit couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation at the thought of spending the rest of his life with someone he had spent so long trying to outdo.

Rohit's jaw tightened as he absorbed the revelation, his usual calm demeanor giving way to a storm of emotions. "Oh, fantastic," he muttered, his tone laced with biting sarcasm. "And here I thought I had some say in my own future."

Sachin and Saurav exchanged uneasy glances, their sons' reactions a testament to the gravity of the situation. "Boys, please try to understand," Sachin began, his voice pleading. But AB cut him off with a sharp gesture, his eyes flashing with fury. "Understand? Understand what, exactly? That our lives have been manipulated like pawns on a chessboard?"

Rohit's scoff echoed through the room, his bitterness palpable. "Well, congratulations, Dad," he said, his words dripping with sarcasm. "You've outdone yourself this time."

Saurav's expression fell, his heart heavy with regret. "I know this is a lot to take in, but please believe that everything was done with your best interests at heart," he pleaded, his voice tinged with desperation.

But AB and Rohit remained unmoved, their resentment simmering beneath the surface as they grappled with the harsh reality of their predetermined fate.

In the dimly lit room, tension hung thick in the air as Sachin and Saurav pleaded with their sons to consider giving their arranged marriage a chance. AB and Rohit, their expressions hardened with resentment, remained silent, their minds swirling with conflicting emotions.

Sachin took a deep breath, his voice trembling with emotion as he addressed his son. "AB, please... I know this is difficult to accept, but your safety and happiness are paramount to us. Please, consider giving this marriage a chance. We can start with the engagement, and if, in time, you both feel ready for marriage, we can proceed."

AB's jaw clenched as he struggled to contain his frustration. "And what if we never feel ready, Dad? What then?" His voice was laced with bitterness, his gaze locked on his father's pleading eyes.

Saurav stepped forward, his voice gentle yet firm. "Rohit, I understand your reservations, but please believe me when I say that we only want what's best for you. Give each other a chance, and who knows... you might find that this arrangement isn't as terrible as it seems."

Rohit's gaze flickered between his father and AB, his mind warring with conflicting thoughts. "But what if we can't stand each other?" he retorted, his tone tinged with defiance. "What then, Dad?"

Sachin and Saurav exchanged a glance, their hearts heavy with the weight of their sons' reluctance. "All we ask is that you give it a chance," Sachin implored, his voice barely above a whisper. "For our sake, if nothing else."

AB and Rohit exchanged a wary glance, their animosity toward each other simmering beneath the surface. But as they looked into their fathers' eyes, they saw the pain and desperation reflected back at them, and begrudgingly, they nodded in reluctant agreement.

"Fine," AB muttered, his voice barely audible. "We'll give it a chance."

Rohit nodded in silent agreement, his jaw clenched with unresolved tension. "But don't expect us to suddenly become best friends," he added, his tone defiant.

Sachin and Saurav exchanged a relieved glance, their hearts heavy with gratitude. "Thank you, boys," Sachin said, his voice choked with emotion. "We promise, we won't ask for anything more than that."

As the tension in the room began to ease, Sachin and Saurav exchanged a weary smile, their hopes for their sons' future hanging in the balance.

As the reality of their arranged marriage began to sink in, both AB and Rohit found themselves grappling with a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. Anger, resentment, and disbelief warred with a sense of duty and obligation, leaving them both feeling adrift in a sea of uncertainty. But amidst the chaos of their emotions, a glimmer of hope flickered within them, a faint beacon of possibility that perhaps, against all odds, their arranged marriage could turn out to be more than just a forced alliance between bitter rivals.
