Zinnia's POV

My alarm clock goes off and I lazily push it off of my night stand. It continues to scream at me and I groan, getting out of bed. I get

dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans and a Panic! At The Disco t shirt after showering. After straightening my brown hair and doing

my makeup, I stumble downstairs. My mother looks up from her newspaper and smiles at me. "Hey honey! How'd you sleep?" She

asks me being way too awake and bubbly this early in the morning. I shrug and get a bowl for my cereal. "So your birthdays coming

up and I just wanted to say that I'll have to give you your present early." She says. I shrug again and continue eating. Mum runs out of

the room and comes back with her hands behind her back. "Here you go!" She says thrusting an envelope in front of my face. I take it

from her and clumsily open it. I pull out two pieces of card stock. Turning them over, I see that their tickets. One says Black Veil

Brides and the other says Fall Out Boy. I scream and jump up, hugging my mother. "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!" I

screech, jumping up and down with her. My brother Tyler walks into the room, rubbing his eyes tiredly. "What happened?" He asks

yawning. "IM GOING TO SEE BLACK VEIL BRIDES AND FALL OUT BOY!!!!

BLACKVEILBRIDESANDFALLOUTBOYBLACKVEILBRIDESANDFALLOUTBOY!!!!!!!!!" I scream making him cover his ears. "Okay

okay I get it. You don't have to wake up the entire neighborhood!" He shouts at me, plopping down in a chair and turning on the tv. "I

have another set of tickets for Ty." My mum says excitedly. I look at her, appalled. "But- why?!" I ask loudly. "So he can watch you

and keep you safe." She says matter-of-factly. "I'm 3 years older than him!" I shout flailing my arms angrily. "He is going so you don't

get attacked! End of story." Mum says walking to Ty, pushing another set of tickets into his hand and leaving the room. My 14 year

old brother looks up at me and smirks, his black hair falling in front of his face. I glare at him and stomp out to my car. He scampers

out behind me and jumps into the car. I drive to his school and drop him off. Then, I drive to my school.

I park my car, jump out, and sprint to my best friends; Justin and Eva. They look at me, startled. "Guess what guess what guess

what!!!" I yell jumping up and down. "You realized that you can't lick your elbow?" Justin asks. I shake my head. "You found out who your dad is?" Eva

asks. I shake my head, ready to burst. "IMSEEINGBLACKVEILBRIDESANDFALLOUTBOY!!!!!!!!!!!" I scream.

"OHMIGOSHOHMIGOSHOHMIGOSH!!!!" They scream jumping up and down with me. I stop jumping, remembering the bad part.

"The only thing is... my mum's making Ty go with me." I say upset. They stop jumping and look at me. "That's not that bad." Eva says.

"He's just going to be whining the whole time because we aren't going to see his bands like Bullet For My Valentine or Avenged

Sevenfold." I say annoyed with my baby brother. "Oh it'll be fine. You're going to have a great time. Say hi to Jinxx for me. Ima

marry him someday." Justin says to me. I laugh and walk to homeroom. This day has definitely been very exciting.

I get home after school and collapse onto my bed, exhausted from all of the excitement and fall asleep without eating dinner.
