Effie was Tariq's girlfriend , they were toxic but they both had a sick attraction towards toxicity . Anyone could tell Tariq was In love , the attention he payed to her every move physically and online , the way he'd stare at her , the soft spot he has for her .
Tariq never got along with his father , James/Ghost , he couldn't comprehend why his father had to leave his mother like that and leave him without a father , a person to teach him how to be a man , a support system ,everything .
