"How she doing?" Cassandra's stare was directed towards Travis as he walked into the room

"You got anything i could give her for the pain?" Liza asked

Cassandra side glanced Nick, her thoughts going to the stash Madison had gotten for him but he needed them and as much as she hated to admit it these people were strangers. They owed them nothing. It was selfish since they needed them more but she needed Nick more

"Nothing stronger then aspirin"

Cassandra noticed as Travis replied that Liza shot Nick a look, making him glance down.

"Uh, the phone's in the kitchen if you need to make that call" Travis told the older man, which Cassandra still didn't know the name off but she knew he shot there neighbour with no hesitation which made her wary around him — she was smart enough to know there was more to him

"I did. My cousin is coming to pick us up in the morning."

Cassandra watched as the man's daughter looked confused at her father's words. She watched as her injured mother told her not to question it

"Uh, we'll set your mom in one of the bedrooms, okay?" Travis told the daughter

"Thank you"

"Aren't we leaving?" Madison asked a worried tone in her voice

"Yeah, yeah, we will. In the morning"

Cassandra focused her eyes on Madison as she sat with Alicia hugged into her herside. Cassandra was worried with staying the night, she had almost died twice already. She didn't want to try a third a time.

"No Travis we have to go. We're packed, we're ready. We were just waiting for you." Madison replied

"Can we talk about this in the kitchen?"

Madison shot up leaving Alicia's side
"No. This things getting worse not better. It's not safe."

Cassandra quickly replaced Madison spot in comforting Alicia who rested her head on Cassandra's Shoulder
