The smile on my lips refusing to leave as I watch Fourth speak about his childhood with contained joy, his eyes lit up whenever he speaks of his family also giving himself the task of looking everywhere except from me even with low candle lights I could see the heat on his face knowing fully well it was the result of me not once looking away from his beautiful face. I couldn't look away

He is so damn cute

"I have friends.... well I won't say they are actually friends, they were just people I spoke to in school I just didn't consider them close a- would you please stop looking directly at me" he mutters shyly his eyes darting between me and his plate

"Why?" I question smirking as the heat on his cheeks increases

"Gemini" he groans annoyingly

"Okay fine I'm sorry" I look away before he could get all worked up. It's our first date, I shouldn't be doing anything that would make him uncomfortable.

I was enjoying every moment of being here with him. I tried not to think to much of this evening beforehand I wasn't sure this was going to work, if he'd agree to this but the reality of this happening right now exceeded what I would've thought

I could tell without a doubt he was having a good time too by the way he would freely speak to the manner in which every thought and emotions showed on his face

"What about you?" He questions after a while of spoons clicking on plates in silence "how was your life like growing up?"

"Before or after my eighteen birthday?"

"Before...."

"You could call me the most lively kid" I reply honestly "I played too much, never took anything seriously just living life.... You know like a spoilt alpha teenage kid" I shrug remembering those times

"And you are saying you haven't been on a date?"

"Well I got people asking but I never went" I shrug as he shakes his head in disbelief

"So you were like a bad boy huh?" He huffs

"No" I chuckle at his look of disbelief "I didn't see the need to, what's a seventeen going to do on dates.....we were barely old to do anything ourselves even though I played too much being all lovey dovey at that age wasn't for me" I finish as he stares at me, his gaze unwaivering like he was studying me the intensity made me feel like I did something wrong

Did I say something wrong, I did a mental recap of what I just said trying to figure out the reason for his stare

"You are interesting" he says suddenly making me raise my brows not expecting that as he smiles bashfully "in a good amazing way. I like it"

My worries drains from me as my heart kicks in my chest. He finds me interesting

"So no lovey dovey through out your life?"

"Nope" I shake my head "The real reason was that I was waiting for you" I say honestly as his hand paused midway while eating "My mate"

The bright pinkish color returns back to his face as he hurriedly put his food in his mouth avoiding my face

"Oh shut up. Cheesy" he mutters

"Ughhh!" he groans resting his head on the table. His reaction to my teasing was what was making this date so much enjoyable "Stop talking....." He mutters burrowing himself into his jacket, trying and failing miserably at hiding himself
