Expulsion?!

*Third person P.O.V*

"You were seen by no less than seven muggles" Professor Snape snaps at Harry and Ronald "Do you have any idea how serious this is? You have risked the exposure of our world. Not to mention the damage you've inflicted on a Whomping Willow that's been on these grounds since before you were born." Snape snaps "Honestly Professor Snape I think it did more damage to us" Ron say shakily "Silence Weasley Harry sit down" Snape says standing and Harry takes a seat "I assure you were you in Slytherin, and your fate rested with me you would be on a train home TONIGHT" Snape say walking closer to the boys but staring straight at Ronald

"They are not" The voice of Dumbledore rings through Snape's office "Professor Dumbledore Professor McGonagall" Ron says as Snape turns to the two "Headmaster, this boy have flouted the decree for the restriction of underage Wizardry" Snape says pointing at Ronald. Harry shrinks into his seat hoping the two professors don't see him

"I am well aware of our bylaw, Severus having written quite a few of them myself. However as head of Gryffindor House it is for Professor McGonagall to determine the appropriate action" Professor Dumbledore says

"We'll go get our stuff then" Ronald says turning to look at Harry, Harry rolls his eyes and stands up "this wasn't even my fault" Harry mumbles "what are you talking about, Mister Weasley" Professor McGonagall questions

"your gonna expel us aren't you" Ron says meekly Professor McGonagall looks at the two boys "Not today Mister Weasley but I must impress on both of you the seriousness of what you have done I will be writing to your families tonight and you will both be receiving detention now come along" Professor McGonagall declares before walking out with Professor Dumbledore "Mister Potter a word please" Professor Snape says the boy in question nods and the others leave the room

Once the door is closed Snape waves his wand and the door locks "Bloody Hell Harry" Snape says pulling Harry into a hug "Im sorry if I worried you all so much happened in the last week I don't even know where to begin" Harry says hugging his dad back "before I start explaining can you get Hope and Draco here I miss them" Harry asks softly "Of course" Severus says before sending a house elf to fetch the two child

*Hope's P.O.V*

"have you seen Harry" I ask around the Gryffindor table as Draco does the same with the Slytherins "We have" the Weasley twins call out "Well not since the train station" Fred recalls I rush to them "Tell me everything"

The twins tell me about how they went on a rescue mission to save Harry from his aunt and uncle taking back to their house then taking him the the train station but not seeing him since 

"Draco" I call out Draco looks up at me and rushes over "The twins where with Harry but they haven't seen him since the train station and guess who else is missing" I say looking over to the annoying Weasley's usual spot "Ronald" Draco sighs annoyed "yep" I say popping the 'p'

Just then Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall walk in followed by Ronald Weasley "Found the red-head but where is Harry" I ask out loud "Draco Malfoy and Rosalie Harley come to Professor Snape's office immediately" Comes the voice of a house elf from behind us

We says our goodbyes to our Gryffindor friends before heading to Snape's office. We make it to Severus's office but the door is lock "Uncle Severus it's us" Draco says knocking on the door. The door clicks and opens we hurry inside and see Severus and Harry sitting on the couch

"HARRY" Draco and I says happily running over to give him a hug "we were so worried no one saw you on the train then no one has seen you here where have you been" I ask pulling away from the hug but not letting go of him"It was the weirdest thing this house elf shows up in my room at the Dursley's apparently she was taking my letters to make me think that no one really cared about me then when I got to the station I couldn't get on the platform slammed right into the wall someone definitely does not want me at Hogwarts this year and I have no clue why" Harry sighs

"A house elf? Did you get the name?" Snape asks Harry thinks for a moment "yea her name was Honey" Harry says Snape shifts and looks at each of us "that's Dumbledore's house elf" he breathes

"Wait why would Dumbledore not want me at Hogwarts this year" Harry questions "well I guess the others didn't tell you" Snape sighs "tell us what" I say seriously "well a death eater in charge of one of your father's horcruxes was attacked about three weeks ago and the Horcrux was missing" Snape explains I roll my eyes and start pacing

"What does that have to do with anything?" Harry asks Draco looks at him with a small smile "you are amazing Harry" he says softly Harry smiles at him "thank you Draco but I still don't see the relevance" Harry says "the relevance is that if he- who- shall- not -be- named's horcrux is missing that means someone is trying to bring him back or trying to destroy him completely and if Dumbledore's house elf is trying to stop Harry from coming to Hogwarts then it means Dumbledore up to something" Snape explains.

Harry nods in understanding "so Dumbledore stole one of your father's Horcruxes and now his house elf is trying to stop Harry from coming to school that doesn't make any sense" Draco says taking his head "Maybe Honey was trying to warn Harry if Harry doesn't come to Hogwarts whatever Dumbledore is planning can't work right?" I guess "We will figure out what he's up to but for now you three go on ahead and get to bed its getting late" Snape says giving each of us a hug before ushering us out of his office 

"Where are we sleeping tonight"Harry asks "Nope you boys had Rose all summer we girls are having a sleep over no boys" Hermione says coming from behind us with Daphne and a new girl I haven't met yet "Rose this is Celine Diggory Cedric Diggory's little sister" Hermione introduces "hi its nice to met you Celine" I say smiling "Likewise Rosalie" she smiles back "call me Rose everyone does"I say she nods 

I turn back to Harry and Draco "you boys can use my Slytherin dorm us girls will be in the Gryffindor tower goodnight loves" I say before walking away with the girls
