I have a few things that help, motivate and trigger me
- Shows/films - supersize vs superskinny, girl interrupted, to the bone, black swan,
- I have many triggering TikToks on my phone
- If I notice I will binge soon I try to eat as much as I can so I feel ill
- I also have many triggering photos
- I also really often go out for a walk also if it is just like 20-30min
- I finally wanna fit into Brandy Melville clothes
- I wanna feel comfortable in the summer in a bikini
- I wann fit in to regular Korean size clothes
